Introduction

The writing is not a simple task for many students who lose their focus and clarity during writing assignments; it is possible to overcome the writer’s block with some effort.

Introduction

Mothers and fathers always wish their children can write better than they did in their school days, things are not so smooth in the start but with the passage of time and commitment, students can overcome the writer’s block with their creative writing ideas. Things might not be sailing smoothly at the moment for some students who think writing isn’t their job, but it is not so hard after all. You can even teach writing and tell others to write the correct sentences with your free will; let us see how students can get the pencils moving to overcome the writer’s block?

Writer’s Block is not abnormal

You might have heard your kids say “I can’t write”. All writers get confused at times when it is not clear what to write next; the students are likely to break the writer’s block when they have a supportive teacher to guide them. Remember that Do My Homework  writer’s block is a normal thing that can happen to anyone, even the senior writers can get stuck sometimes. Some professional writers can also have their unproductive days; having the right support can solve the problem quickly.

Allow More Time to Think

Writers may get lazy at times, children are no exception. The students can find many excuses not to write well and think wrongly about their writing skills. Be truthful and thoughtful because writing goes where the thinking goes. It is a demanding job that requires thinking a lot before putting the words on the paper for somebody to read; don’t jump into writing anything or any story before you have clear ideas in your mind and have a clear draft for writing. The rule works well for the students who have a vague picture of what they have to write. Close your eyes for a few minutes and do not watch TV while you are writing, it may distort your thinking. If your brain is with you , then nothing else can stop you from overcoming the writer’s block.

Re-read and proofread the Content

Many students get stuck before they can actually get anything done, always make a habit of re-reading or proofreading your material before handing it over to the teacher. The assignment may not get you a good grade if it is full of mistakes or grammatical and conceptual errors; so make it a habit of always reading things even if that is just a paragraph. It is a good strategy to read the paragraph out loud so that voice can actually help the kids. Kids can also cover their ears with their fingers and hands so that outside distractions do not hurt them, a quiet and peaceful environment is all they need to concentrate on breaking the bad habit. It will keep them from distracting others as well and help them to hear their words out loud.

Write Off the Page

Sometimes the students are not clear about what to write and how to write it? Their piece of writing could go anywhere that is not focused or up to the mark; they don’t want the paper to look like a joke even if it is their first draft ready to be handed over to the teacher for approval. Their next move depends on the successful submission of the draft that they need to be sure of.

Encouraging the students to brainstorm is the best idea and to write on a separate piece of paper. Pulling out a page during writing is a good idea to model things and then write the rest.

Set Smart Goals

The issues are not always how a child thinks and put their ideas down; most students already know how their story goes and what they should write. But the most common problem is that they do not focus on the material they have to write after they write a few words of sentences. So that goal becomes hard to achieve for those students who cannot write with focus. Some students have an unclear notion that the quality of their work will be defined by what they have written in long sentences or how long they can write on a subject; not by the focus on writing itself. The challenge can haunt many students who get out of focus to deliver something that is not supposed to be a part of their essay.

Make a Sketch

Some students are good at drawing, and they can make excellent sketches; that is primarily a good tactic as far as grades can go.  They can brainstorm different options or ideas and write them in the form of a sketch.
