The first day of school 

Is always the worst day 

No more summer fun

Homework has to be done

Clicking of pens

Ticking of clocks

Can the teachers ever stop talking 

They remind me of hens bawking 

Lunch time has arrived 

The line is so long

Curry and rice 

Is sooo nice 

At least there's something to look forward to there

After all school isn't that bad 

But if I got more days of summer I wouldn't be that sad
