Introduction

After the great war,  Zaric the mighty fled to the unknown region and Andros lay on the battlefield dying. Five brothers celebrated a great victory as the old wizard Aric hung his head. The emperor was supposed to be dead. The kingdom of Kaiserius was split into five separate lands all under the rule of the surviving brothers. Davas strong iron ruled the mountains to the north with the dwarven clans. Trevas the hunter ruled the southern woods. Trenas the thief ruled the shores to the east. To the west was Jamas the mistic ruled over the sacred lands. Jessas the mighty ruled them all in the stronghold in the center of the kingdom. North of the great  mountains, Zaric fumed and plotted his return.  For ten years after the great war the emperor had waited with little hope but now his most loyal general was ready for battle.

Return to the south

The generals were waiting for Zaric in the great hall. Warus wanted to strike the kingdom at its heart with a frontal assault. Deathus wanted to move south killing every living thing in their path. Greedus wanted to capture all the treasure houses and cut off supply lines while Lustus wanted to capture all the women for his mens harems . Zaric entered with Dragos at his side, the generals were not pleased at this site.  Some say that Zaric had created Dragos while others said he was a bastard son born before the war. The emperor had approved of Dragos plan of attack. Greedus and Lustus would swing east and capture the eastern kingdom. Warus and Deathus would swing west and conquer the wizards there. After the east and west were captured, Warus and Greedus would continue south and capture the elves to the south. Dragos would take his army straight south and attack the stronghold was it was surrounded on all sides. The only favor that Dragos had asked for was that no man, woman or child be harmed unless they took up arms against them. Zaric had reluctantly agreed to the request.  The war went swiftly and victory was at hand. In each town Dragos had sent one of his dragon knights to make sure the laws were up help from his murderous cohorts. Standing at the gates of the stronghold, Dragos demanded the surrender of the empire from its rulers. Aric the great wizard and advisor to Jessas the mighty took note of something in Dragos voice. Fire and magic, cunning, stealth and strength all wrapped up in one voice.  Dragos had personally killed several of the emperors men for violating the rules of not harming the common people. The land had been very prosperous. The people of Kaiserius loved him more than any other ruler . Aric fell to the ground clutching his chest as recognition dawned on his face, he knew all hope was lost. Only the six brothers combined could destroy the emperor and now the sixth stood at the gates demanding surrender.
