1. Not Having a Good Credit Score

Your Credit Score is an important factor for you to be qualified for a loan. For those of you who do not know, a credit score is essentially your score telling the lenders of your capability to repay debts.

Generally, any credit score that is above 700 is considered goodwhich means that the lenders will have full confidence that you can pay them on time. Most people fall into the 500-750 bracket. If you are within this credit score bracket, then you’re good to go.

You must know your credit score first as this is the first thing that lenders will look at if you’re applying for a personal loan.
