Secrets of Becoming Energetic

Introduction

I am no expert in this Subject and I would not like to be blamed for any responsibility at all. I am writing this because I think I should write.

I have something to tell you first, actually something to warn you before you start to read this book. If you are really desperate to become energetic and if you don't give a damn about my credentials and expertise then continue reading. I can only assure you that as you read the book and apply these secrets you will see a certain change in your energy levels .

I have done a lot of reading and researching on my own level, before writing what I am writing. I have experienced the changes  first hand; (Positive or Negative) I have been lazy and I have been Energetic. 

Please be informed that by using the tools & techniques and the knowledge or advice i am giving you through this book is for becoming more energetic. Energy brings Power to achieve more, to do more, to be more productive or destructive. So I advise you to please, when you become more energetic, use that energy for a greater purpose, for social good, use that energy to help others, be ethical, moral and kind. Use that energy constructively & Creatively. I will try to let you know how to control that energy and not to be controlled by it. How you use the energy is up to you. 

Truth to be told, as i am writing this , i am not fully satisfied with the way i have used that energy and ended up not utilizing it properly. I have suffered like an alcoholic suffers. I missed that energy in me and now i am overcoming from a very unstable frame of mind. because when i was energetic i was operating in a totally different level. I was focused, determined, fearless, active and confident. I made plans of how i will be living a meaningful life. what are the things i want to do and how will i achieve those things but the reality is i ended up messing up with that and have yet not achieved anything. I gave some tasks with deadlines to myself, I made an action plan to achieve my goals. But I was too consumed in the active mode which comes from gaining such energy that I failed in controlling it and balancing it properly to fit my life. I failed in utilizing it properly and thus it went away from me. I became the same old person that I was once before. I miss that energy and now I am also working to become energetic again. How I lost that energetic state ? Some external changes affected my flow and I have to rest & wait for few days (almost 15 days). I regret that even today. I became normal and missed that energy level I once achieved. Now what happens is that i am trying again to become energetic but its not stable and I am still struggling to control it, to manage it. sometimes my energy levels are very high and sometimes i feel depressed. I procrastinate and I am lazy, Just like other people.

I would advise and warn you here that if you really think that you need to become energetic than only proceed to read further. I am not writing this to please anyone nor to prove anything. I am just writing this to help others to be more energetic because I think I have experienced. 

Tools & techniques, ways to Become more energetic and active. Its a mix of Science, Psychology and Physiology.  Almost everyone of us, sometime in life, feels less energetic or lazy.

Specially at the challenging times when you have to finish some task within a given dead line, most of us feel the need of having more energy to perform their best. Think about the times when you have to learn something very fast and your mind almost convinces you to give up. Think about the examinations, when on the last day of your exam you try your best to stay focused but your body and your mind don't help you, you try your best to be awake but you cant control your sleep, your eyelids get closed without you knowing about it and you go to sleep instantaneously. Think about those critical seconds when you want to perform at your best but you just can't perform. after getting not so satisfactory results of your actions, you wish, you were more energetic. So here is my experiences about becoming more energetic and improving yourself. read on and find out, what I have to say about becoming more energetic and feeling more alive and more in your own control. often times we breath, we live, we do things but they are not in our control and we kind of operate on an autopilot mode. We are not satisfied with what we do and what we achieve. Some people are always unable to complete any given task on time. some people are always procrastinating and the worst part is that they know that they are procrastinating but still they procrastinate. You ask them about it and they will tell you that they feel very bad about it but they just don't have any control. they will sadly reveal this fact that its not in their control, it just happens. Of course there are people who always do their work on time. they never procrastinate and they are always ready to do any task you may give them. These people don't feel less energetic or these people are always ready to do something and they don't seem to get bored of a task. they keep things organized and they are energetic. what makes all the difference and how someone who is less energetic can become more energetic and accomplish more and to feel good and energetic at least. read what i have to say and apply what i am going to tell you in the chapters of this book and I assure you you will be feeling more energetic then ever before. Its all about mind, body & soul.

You are not your body

To do something in an efficient and effective manner, you must have the capacity to do it properly i.e. a fish needs its fine fins to swim flawlessly in water. A monkey needs its long tail and hands to jump like a pro on the tree branches. A lion needs its killer tooth, paws and strength. A camel needs its flurry feet in order to withstand the deadliest desert conditions and a bear needs to have its skin to fight the harsh jungle conditions.

Similarly we human need our body in its best shape in order to perform to its best. human body needs its muscularity and intellectual capacity, maintained to perform effectively and efficiently. our consciousness and attitude towards our environment. Our intellectual capabilities make us different from animals, we have consciousness, we have the ability to imagine and act accordingly. our physical bodies are almost the same as that of any other animal. We have hands, legs, eyes, ears and nose just like most of the animals have but what makes us much superior and dominant over other animals is our ability to think. We can think. we can dream and make our dreams come true. we are  intelligent from other animals.  We can plan . We can develop strategies and tactics to achieve desired results. 

Just as any other machine, Biological or Mechanical,  Our body needs proper fueling time to time and maintenance. You do that and bingo. Your body will amaze you. your senses will work miracles for you, your muscles will be in good shape, your nervous connections all your body will be very effective. that is, when a signal is generated to perform a task, it will be instantly received and reacted on. 

The most amazing and magical part of this machine is your brain. its the control center. If you can use your brain properly you can make your body perform miracles. brain is responsible for everything you do and even don't do. brain is responsible for your weaknesses and its responsible for your strengths as well. If you can somehow control your brain and achieve your dominance over it you will be able to do what ever you want to do effectively and efficiently. literally, you can listen to 100 voices at the same time and you can focus on a single voice among them and mute other voices. when you do that you won't be able to listen to what other voices are saying but you will be able to understand what that particular voice was saying, on which you focused. 

Use your body as a tool to achieve what you want to achieve. Train your body to perform as a obedient servant. You have to understand that you are not your body.

There was a story about the great warrior named "Karn". He always go to offer prayers to Sun and other deities. one day when he was praying, a crab came and bit him in the thigh. he felt the pain but did not stopped his ritual. He continued his worship and it was only when he finished with offering prayers, he put focus on the crab and the wound he has created. such is the control we can achieve with our bodies. we can train ourselves to control our feelings and instead of acting instantaneously; we can desire and act according to our will.  

there more examples in which show the extreme limits of our body control. there are monks who can control the temperature of their body at will and they live on Himalayas. there are solders who never hesitate to kill or to be killed. they can give their lives without any question, if ordered so. there are yogis who can live without food or water.there are gurus; you can't guess their age and there are people who have achieved mastery in performing to the extreme that we are forced to think about how human body can do this. They can fold their body and fit it in a small box, they can put a sword in to their mouth, they can walk on a rope and cross the two mountains, they can take a beating but keep smiling etc. etc. All these people have trained and mastered their body. they have control over their body and they control how they feel at will. 

We can or anyone can train his or her body to achieve what is desired. It takes will, discipline, dedication and practice. They do it to the extreme level, I say we only have to master our own body and train it to only to the level where we can become more energetic. And that is not too hard. It takes only a tiny amount of focus and consciousness as compared to those monks, solders , trained athletes and professional performers.

Control your mind

Control your mind and you pretty much control everything in your life. Knowing, How your mind and brain works is very important. Your Brain is the grey matter which laying under your skull and your mind is something which tells you all the time what to do, what not to do; it provides you motives to take appropriate or inappropriate actions. It is responsible for inspiring or discouraging you. I am writing this book because my mind sometime inspired me to do so, to create some value, to express myself. To write. You mind can be your best friend or the worst enemy. Your task; if you wish to become energetic is to make friends with your mind. For that you must know what is mind. 

What is mind ? 

mind is the element of a person that enables them to be aware of the world and their experiences, to think, and to feel ; the faculty of consciousness and thought. (From Google)

Mind is an invisible part of you and it is responsible for your actions, you have to tap the potential of your brain to get access to control you mind. mind is invisible but the brain is that part with grey matter under your skull. you can see brain. you will have to learn to control your mind and for that you will have to take care of your brain. body does what ever instructions it receives from brain but mind is the one who is the boss. before you put your finger somewhere or take that book to read, brain is only responsible for transmitting the command signals to do something but its the mind which makes the decision to do something. So when you do something or do not do something, its your mind which makes the call first and then brain follows.  This relationship between mind and brain is very complected to understand at first because you can reject the decisions of your mind too. Yes you have that ability. you are not bound. And this is the main task for those who wants to improve themselves and go higher and live a energetic life. you will have to learn how your mind works and then you will have to control your mind to your benefits.
