 The first thing I heard was ,"I will call you Pip," then when I opened my eyes I couldn't really see properly but I could make out a shape.The shape was above me it was around 4x times bigger than me but I wasn't scared as it spoke in a soft and gentle voice,"Are you ok dear?" but when tried to speak, I just spluttered.

I went to sleep easily that night, as it was warm,soft and most importantly,I felt safe. In the morning, I could see perfectly and the shape was a dull grey. I decided to call it mummy. As well as that,I saw 7 more like me,but all of us have a different features. I found out we all sisters and brothers. 

The eldest of us is Jude he has the sharpest teeth; we know who he is as the little scratches on his ears show. Lorcan and Brennah are twins but to tell them apart Brennah has more fur than Lorcan. Catherine and Brídín (say bree-jeen) are both fun loving, kind and generous to tell them;apart is quite easy as Brídín has straight ears and Catherine has lighter fur. Luke and Conor are much more playful than the others. Luke has curliest fur on the top of his head and Conor has the pointest fur on top of his head. I'm the youngest of all of us because of that I'm the weakest hopefully I'll grow stronger. I also have darker fur.

 Mummy has brought us to see the rest of the pack. We found the Alpha they said that in two more months we will go on our first hunt. They said to call them Erin so I assume they're a girl.

A week has past we are practicing for the hunt ,we got our positions.I feel extremely nervous as on that day we will have to feed the whole pack. Today we will be racing each  other and I thought I will be last  but I was actually quite good. Erin got everyone a gift for our first hunt next month the boys all got a bandana and the girls all got a hat but I got a map of the forest and I absolutely love it.

Time for the hunt I have been studying the forest for a month. Hopefully my group gets a deer. Catherine,Jude and Brídín are in my group and I showed them where we will chase it.
