The Opera is filled with approximately 500 people who are waiting for a delightful show. Mr. Sandybot is announcing the next performer while also cracking some jokes on stage. People in the audience are laughing and clapping at the comedic robot. Mr. Sandybot says, “Now introducing, Metal-man! He is made of bulky, silver metal with laser eyes and looks slightly frightening. The audience cheers. Metal-man continues on stage as he asks the audience how they are doing. He asks for a volunteer from the audience, a woman in her late 20’s is chosen and walks up to the juncture. She is a little nervous but mostly excited. She has red hair, is 5’7 and a slim body. He asks the girl her name. She says, “My name is Stephanie.” He says, "well Stephanie, do you mind hitting some keys while you are up here?” Stephanie says, “Sure!” He tells her to hit the first key and she does. After hitting the first key a loud-beeping noise goes off.

            Stephanie is taken back by the beeping noise. Thoughts exploded in her head! This is not your ordinary opera, this is techno-metal! She was thinking that the symphony was stringed instruments and melodic drums. This appears to be a synthesized, artificial performance. Mr. Sandybot asked Stephanie, “Are you alright?”

“I’m fine,” says Stephanie, “I just didn’t realize that this wasn’t an opera.”

“Of course it is,” says Mr. Sandybot. “Just not your typical opera that’s all”

Stephanie was confused.

            There wasn’t a movement or noise in the crowd. Every one gazed in aww at the Metal-Man. No one had seen or even heard of a robot at this point in time.

            BOOM!

            Everyone looked up. Confetti-like strips of paper floated down over top of the crowd. The audience applauded.

            “What in this world is going on?” Stephanie mumbled to herself.

Metal- Man tells her to hit another key on his armor. She hits the key and techno dance comes on. He picks her up and spins her around while he dances crazily. The audience is ecstatic. There is cheering, dancing and laughing. Stephanie is thinking she is going to be sick. She screams “Put me down! Please!” After she says that she hears Metal-Man’s armor say "MAL-FUNCTION, MAL-FUNCTION." The suit starts to glitch and throws Stephanie across the room. The music slows down, the audience looks at Stephanie and gasps. Everyone starts running towards the exit of the Opera, screaming frantically. Metal-Man picks up anyone in its sight and throws them. After everyone is gone Mr. Sandybot finds the switch to turn Metal-Man off. Mr. Sandybot looks around to see about 50 dead bodies and says “what a mess, I better get a broom.”
