Chisoutsa: The City of Demons

The heat of the fireplace warmed nicely and the shadow on the wall lightly showed a wine glass and a man rolling it around in his hand. The man was aged in his late thirties and a black walking cane leaned against his leather chair. A light sigh came out of his mouth when he heard a figure wandering past him. He took a slow sip of his drink and called out to the figure. "Chisoutsa, come over here. I have to talk to you." A young woman walked over to the lounge and lye down over it. Short light brown hair and athlete slender body drooped over the lounge. "Does this place remind you of years ago?" the man asked the woman. "A little when I see old places in the city. But nothing good comes up Professor Walken," she answered. Walken look away from Chisoutsa to the fireplace and lifted up his wine drink to his lips. "It's been four years since you came here last, when you were dumped in the back ally. Your recovery was more than amazing and the skills I have taught you, you have learnt very well. It's just your memory is the weakest link in your body," Prof. Walken commented. Chisoutsa smiled little and sipped off her shoes to the ground and thought about her memory and her past. Since knowing Professor Walken she had never known her past. The last of the drink went down Professor Walken and he leaned to his left to grab his cane and stood up. "We're going for a drive. Show you around the place. Up you come," Professor Walken said to her. Chisoutsa quickly rose from the lounge and watch her mentor wander over to the front door with the keys to his car. "What are we going to see?" Chisoutsa asked. "The world you used to live in," he answered opening the front door. A sleek black vehicle slowly drove out of the mansion and went into the outside area of the city. Walken watched the road as he drove and Chisoutsa leaned on her arm watching the cars around her out the side window. She noticed the strangeness of the city with few cards and grey and brown buildings around the outside area of the city. Lone strangers wander the city streets and most of the traffic lights are broken and dirty. Why is the city so run down?" Chisoutsa asked Walken. "Only the outside of the city is run down Chisoutsa. Inside the central heart of the city is glowing of lights, action and buzz," Prof. Walken answered. Chisoutsa look backed at Walken and smiled, "That sounds better." "And then government corruption, sex, drugs and murder. Good with the bad," Prof. Walken smiled back at Chisoutsa. "It's not like I haven't done most of them already," she replied. "Yes Chisoutsa. City of Demons is a mix bag. The danger and crime rules the outside of the city. The government corruption and mystery rules the inside and heart of the city," Prof. Walken explained to Chisoutsa. Chisoutsa turned to see a toxic filled river where her eyes brighten with homeless people sleeping next to it. Gangs are trading drugs and guns on the spot. He turned back to Walken. "Is there any police in the City of Demons ?" she asked. "Yes and no. They only watch over the inside city section. But they are more bodyguards for the government parties and not for the people. You can see the first beautiful sight of the city of Demons . The Trouten River , named after one of the past majors and leaders of the City. It's been turned into a wasteland because of the government's growing disregard with the poorer people, especially since they forbid them from voting and ever voting is on the way out within secret sectors" Prof. Walken said. The car turned a couple streets and entered the inside area when he quickly turned the car into a house and stopped. Prof. Walken opened the door and rose to his feet with his cane. Chisoutsa followed him up the driveway to the door. "Um, Walken where are we?" she asked. "At an old friend's place. He knows you too," he answered the girl. He tapped on the door and leaned on his cane where he rubbed his poor leg alittle. The door flew open and the professor's old friend appeared. "Jonathan," the man smiled. "Charles my old friend," smiled the Professor, "This is Chisoutsa." "Welcome Chisoutsa. You have grown a lot in just four years. A young woman now," Charles spoke. "Thanks," she answered wondering why she was here. "Walken, why are we here for?" she rudely interrupted the pair. "Cause I wanted to visit a friend Chisoutsa. Be quiet, also to help you get to know the city better. Charles here knows a lot about the secrets of the city," Prof. Walken snapped at her. Charles rubbed his head and half smiled at Chisoutsa and Prof. Walken, "Do come in and I'll get a drink. Red wine Jonathan?" Charles asked him. The professor smiled and pointed his cane at him, "You know me too well Charles," he smiled and the group went inside and the door closed. Charles took Prof. Walken and Chisoutsa upstairs to his window look out and there was a double fridge. Wine was brought for the two men and Chisoutsa collected a bottle of sweet beer for herself. She watched out side the window and saw a number of building and areas. "That's the City of Demons government building. Everything is sorted and worked out in that building alone. Governments here are run more like a business. They have forgotten the common voter. To your right here is also famous area, the Halls of Destiny. It also leads to another side of the city," Charles pointed out for Chisoutsa. She quickly turned to Charles and asked a question, "What other side of the city?" "Hasn't Jonathan told you yet? City of Demons also has an underground city too. Throughout the inside and poor outside of the city buildings and fast trains exist everywhere in the city. Also it is where much of the dirty work and foul play is mapped out in the city. Always look underground first for the bad shit," he answered her. "What does Hall of Destiny stand for?" she asked him. "The City once upon a time was better than what it is. It was suspected it was where the first government of peace was made right in the place of the Hall of Destiny. Oh yes another known area is the business section in the Far East of the city. Of course nobody says it out loud but the businesses are the places where the true power of the city is built on. The government is more like a nice little puppet that plays the song of the business machine," he answered. Prof. Walken weighted into the discussion of the city, "There are gangs from top businesses to gangs of war and guns. So we have to careful of what we do here. Of course Chisoutsa you will learn the city by yourself soon enough." "I will," she said quietly and wandered downstairs to grab another few beers for the group. Charles watched her and turned to Prof. Walken and shook his head. "Four years Jonathan, what the hell have you been doing lately?" he first snapped at him. "A lot of training," the professor answered slipping his drink. "Training Chisoutsa for what?" Charles asked. "She's a trained and powerful assassin," Prof. Walken answered. Charles looked at his old friend in wonder. His miss matching clothes he played with and slipped down his drink. "So she kills people for money. She'll be handy in the city. Every bastard wants to kill someone. Only way to go up the business ladder here," Charles answered him. Professor Walken put his drink down and sat at the table looking out the window to the city inside. He knew she was gambling Chisoutsa's life for riches. "It's not the only reason why we are back," he noted. "She wants to find out her past right?" Charles asked. "Yes, how did you know?" "There was going to be a time when she would want to know who she was in the City of Demons . All she got was that thing around her wrist and her name. It looked like she was dumped in the gang war area. Near the Trouten River ," Charles said. "True I understand that. I just don't want her to find out anything bad. There are many secrets in the City of Demons ," Prof. Walken said. "Everything in the city is a lie. From the young boys to the business leaders, everyone is a cheat here," Charles reminded his old friend. "Yes, I trained Chisoutsa so she could defend herself in the city but also for another reason," Prof. Walken's eyes rose to Charles. He looked serious at his last comment. "What's the other reason Jonathan? Why train a girl?" he asked him. "She is nothing that I have seen before. She is not normal Charles. She isn't built like a normal human," the professor spoke; unease he started playing with his cane and thinking to himself. Charles walked back to the fridge and grabbed the wine bottle. He came over and grabbed the professor's wine glass and filled it up again. "You mean like an alien or what. You know we don't believe in this superhero shit," Charles said. "Not like a green goblin Charles but like a superhuman, made of steel, super strong." "Man of steel sounds cool. Examples?" Prof. Walken leaned forward to Charles and used his hands to explain his story. Both men were never into the idea of fantasy but Walken had seen the events unfold and the wonder that still keeps him guessing. "She is the pure talent of sword and gun fighting. She picked up from the first moment. She was the best student I had, a real master. But also her body itself. She doesn't cut easily; you have to really push the sword inside her for her to feel pain. Her skin is super strong. She doesn't tire down or lose energy easily. Also very strong, can punch into walls and lift large things up easily. Strange I tell you," he explained about Chisoutsa. Charles grinned at the moment and rubbed his chin and thought about it. "I just can't believe it. You found like this superhuman girl in a dump and she now wants to find out her past here in the worst most dangerous city in the world. Now that is interesting," he said. Professor Walken leaned back and finished his drink and frowned at himself, "Yes, I don't know what's going to happen. Her past must be connected to how she is today. But just what?" thought the professor. There was a quiet pause between the two of them and Charles smiled at Prof. Walken and looked at the stairs leading down. He looked down at his clothes and pointed at himself. "Yeah it's you. Bloody stupid looking," laughed Professor Walken. "Exactly, I try to keep some laugher in the City of Demons ," Charles said to him. The pair walked downstairs to see Chisoutsa watching television. She turned around to smile at Professor Walken. "There are some strange programs on this," she said to him. "Most of the programs are Japanese. Some of the business heavy weights are Japanese. Half of the channels are news programs and reports on attacks in local area of the City," Prof. Walken explained. "Is there anything I should know about this city?" she asked. "There are still many things to know but it's best to learn them yourself," Charles answered Chisoutsa. Chisoutsa rose from the lounge and looked out the window to the business buildings in the central heart in the distance. She was thinking of her past and who in the City would know about her. "Where do I go first to find people?" she asked Charles. "Go to nightclubs or parties. Meet up with gangs and tail them. They will meet with government officials then with business leaders one day. It's a connection chain in the city." "I'll find them. Don't worry Professor Walken," Chisoutsa said. "I won't. I worry about the others," he grinned to himself. Chisoutsa walked past the pair and left the house by herself. Charles grabbed another wine glass and held it up. Prof. Walken smiled and rubbed his chin. "This is going to be exciting time for the City. If she is all what you say she is," said Charles. "She is. How would a girl like her end up with this rare talent and power? It doesn't add up for me," Prof. Walken spoke. Charles nodded and put his wine glass on the table and sat on the lounge with the television still on. "The government might have some idea about Chisoutsa but the gang leaders could be the key to get the information. She could have been used on, like a major testing of something. So she ended up like this superhuman thing," Charles suggested. "Yes. I don't want Chisoutsa to be hurt like this. Her past could damage her future. These business leaders must have the answers but the journey to them has cost hundreds of lives." "Yeah see it on television all the time. Business leaders hate common people and try to erase anyone who tries to get into their company. You don't join up with them. You are chosen for their task, for their world," Charles drummed. Prof Walken looked around the house and smiled at Charles. It had been a long time since they last met. Charles was still in government and Professor Walken was working on other projects. "I must be going but I'll keep in contact with you and see what happens with Chisoutsa," The Professor said. "I will help as much as I can," Charles answered. Professor Walken wandered outside to see Chisoutsa has disappeared into the city and turned back to Charles, "Don't worry this happens all the time." He smiled. The car engine was turned on and the low beam appeared and slowly pulled out of the house and disappeared into the night. The night was dark and Chisoutsa had walked along the streets and watched the people in stores and conversations on the road. She came to a place and she looked up at the name. "Tyrell's Bar and Grill. Sounds good enough," she thought. She opened the door to a grinning man behind a bar. The door closed and the man showed her a seat. "Welcome to my bar and grill, have a drink and a meal on me. You look new to the city, what's ya name," asked the grinning man. "Chisoutsa, I've moved back to the city a couple days ago. Who are you?" she asked him. "I'm Tyrell, owner of the joint. So there is a place outside of the city," "Yes there is. Why are you surprised?" she asked Tyrell. "Not many people come to the City of Demons . Let alone come back, unless there is a reason. Is any reason why you are here?" Tyrell asked. "Abit about my past let's say for now. But anyway nice place here," Chisoutsa said. "Thanks Chisoutsa. Many people come here for mystery. Problem is many people get hurt in the meanwhile to the truth," Tyrell warned her. "If I wanted to find out my past where would I start?" she asked. "Don't know really. Let me think," Tyrell answered. Chisoutsa leaned over the counter to see Tyrell was an overweight man, black messy hair and wearing a cook's clothing. He breathed heavily at times when walks about the bar and grill store. "Gang groups have a good idea of the gossip but I don't know which one. Maybe the one called The Red Team," Tyrell said. "And the other gangs are called Yellow, and green team?" half-smiled Chisoutsa. "No not like that Chisoutsa. The Red Team used to do science stuff, technology things and the odd works. They used to be a business but got out of the business world for some reason. But hey give them a go however all gangs are highly dangerous," Tyrell said. "That doesn't worry me. It's just finding these people are the hard part," Chisoutsa answered him. She looked back at the door and turned to Tyrell, "Where do they live?" she asked him. "Umm gee Chisoutsa this is dangerous you know. They are found at the edge of the Trouten River . Follow the bad smell to the river first," Tyrell answered her. "Thanks Tyrell. I'll bring my friend Professor Walken here for a meal," she said. "Sure you will. Seeya latter!" he cried out when she exit the store. He turned around to his workers and smiled, "The people we meet hey. Strange city we live in!" Chisoutsa was found walking along the Trouten River when a car quickly pulled up behind her and she turned around. A familiar walking stick came out of the car as Professor Walken appeared to her. He gave a wry at his leg and looked up at Chisoutsa. "What have you found out Chisoutsa?" he asked her. "You know you should be at home. You know the cold hurts your leg. Don't do this to yourself ," she cried. "I'm fine Chisoutsa. I'm interested in what's going on. Have you found out anything?" he asked. "This guy I met said something about The Red Team. You know them," she asked "I have heard of them but personally haven't been with them. I'll call Charles tomorrow. Are you gonna find them tonight?" he asked her. Chisoutsa pulled out a gun from behind her and played with it and looked at the Professor. "Sure I will. Best time of the night for looking," she answered. "Ask about yourself Chisoutsa and any project with your name on it. Understand me?" said Professor Walken. "Yes I will Walken. I'll be good as always," she answered. Chisoutsa watched the professor's car slowly drive off away from the Trouten River . She turned back to the waste land of toxic and the smell that ruled the area. In the river a number of old black barrels and a greenly purple stream flowed throughout it. She noticed two men on the other side looking around the place. They were dressed in brown armored suits and with high powered shot guns. With microphones attached to their heads they had good technology with them. "No problems in this area sir. Is there anything else to do?" asked one of the men. There was a small pause and then an answer was heard, "That's fine with me sir." "Time to go now," he called out to the other man. Chisoutsa saw a small bridge down the path and jogged down to the bridge to see the men going for the bridge too. They saw her and aimed their shot guns at her. She gave a small grin at the men. "What are you doing here young woman?" asked one of them. "Just going for a walk. What are you doing?" she asked them. "None of your business. We are the Kaiser Unit. Don't you remember?" asked the other man. "Do you work for a business or something? I'm new to the city," Chisoutsa asked. "Yes we work for Scienceworks, you know about us?" he asked. "No I don't." "Ask someone one day about us. You will find out," the man said. They lowered the shot guns and fronted off past Chisoutsa and she looked over the bridge wondering where to go next. She wandered down to the other side and walked back up to the road to where a dusty and old payphone was. She past a couple lone cars broken into and took the handset off the phone to dial. "Hello," ask the strange on the receiver. "It's Chisoutsa. I haven't found the Red Team but I bumped into a couple guys about Scienceworks. Do you know anything about them Walken?" she asked. "Scienceworks I know pretty well. I should have made contact with another old friend of mine who works there. Don't start finding people yet or knocking people dead who maybe in your way. We need to get you the right tools for the right missions. You only have a hand gun for now," Professor Walken said. "But you know I can still be dangerous without any weapon," Chisoutsa reminded him. "Yes I know but this is the City of Demons and even your skills will be pushed. Come home and I will discuss to you some interesting choices and places to go to." "If you wish Walken," Chisoutsa said hanging up the phone and looking at the broken down car. Behind the car popped a young street man and moved forward to Chisoutsa. He was waiving a knife in her face and she moved back from him. "Give me ya money now," he shouted weakly. Chisoutsa grabbed her hand and threw it away from the two, "Look I'll do it without the gun. Just put the knife down. I only give the one warning," Chisoutsa said to him. He moved onto her with the knife as she quickly gave a kick at his arm and the knife threw out of his hand to the ground. She turned back and kicked him several times in the face and he fell to the ground. An angry view appeared on Chisoutsa and she grabbed him and dragged him to a building wall. She looked at him and shouted, "You know how fucking hard it is to try to find these businesses and my past without some shit drug boy like you!" She held his head and smashed it against the wall again and again as a grinning Chisoutsa seemed to enjoy taking out her pain on others. The man slide down the wall in blood to the ground and her hand was filled of blood. Her eyes were solid black and her hand was shaking. "It feels so wrong but so good inside of me. I just don't know what's wrong inside of me. Am I really just human or something more?" she asked herself. She licked the blood off her fingers and thought about it to herself. Morning rose above the cold City of Demons and a visitor was walking with a walking cane through a lab section of a warehouse. The warehouse and sliver and white and lined the way to a secret doorway. Professor Walken starched his back alittle and flashed his card and the door opened was greeted by another old friend. "Oh Professor Walken it's been such a long time since we last met. What you been doing?" he asked. "Traveling a lot from countries and you?" he asked. "Just working on my devices here. What's the occasion of the visit?" he asked. "I need to set up my friend Chisoutsa with weapons and gadgets. She needs a lot of things in order to do her job." "A girl? Wow not many female fighters around here. You know it's going to cost a arm and leg for some of these top prime products we have to offer at the lab," he said. "That's why I'm funding this project," said a voice from the background. The lab man looked over Professor Walken and Charles Thompson appeared in the room. "I have a lot of money from the government super and it's not doing anything in the bank. I want to help you Jonathan and Chisoutsa," "Can you help us then Alan?" Professor Walken asked. "With this guy's help sure I will. I can even throw you some of my secret devices I have been working on," Alan said smiling. Professor Walken turned to Charles and smiled, "Thanks for your help. This will help a lot of things for the future." "Anything for Jonathan and Chisoutsa. Where is she now?" Charles asked him. "She'll be here. She's cleaning herself up from something," he answered. Alan walked the pair around the lab showing different devices and weapons. The professor grinned watching the small presentation knowing that Chisoutsa would love playing with some of these toys.

Chisoutsa: The Real Girl

Inside the warehouse lab where Alan Richards lured around his device, Professor Walken and Charles saw Chisoutsa entering the lab and seeing the weapons and devices in the room. Alan was dressed in his normal white clothing and black glasses as he wiped them clean for the fifth time in ten minutes. Chisoutsa eyed some of the weapons that Charles was handing. Special designed shotguns and bombs were just some of the offers on hand by Alan. She grabbed one of the guns and grabbed firm on it. She lightly touched over the gun and closed her eyes. She loved a good gun, slid her hand the other way, and opened her eyes to Alan. "Welcome Chisoutsa to my warehouse domain. This is my secret area from Scienceworks and if you do not know already, my name is Alan Richards. So nice to meet you," beamed Alan. "Nice weapons here," answered Chisoutsa still playing with the gun. "Oh yes and more where that came from my girl. Come on and I'll show you the gadgets you'll be using on your missions I think you're doing," Alan said. Alan quickly wadded over to another like an excited schoolchild while Charles and Professor Walken smiled at each other in amusement. "Chisoutsa this is your special little gun. Called the Mags 2700, the bullets are strong steel and the gun is very light and easy on the trigger. It fires its 32 rounds in fewer than 10 secs. Amazing record I must say," Alan said. Chisoutsa smiled and held the gun and felt the lightweight of the Mags 2700. She already took a kind view to Alan and liked him from the start. She thought he was cute in his strange and funny manners. Alan also picked up a larger shotgun and loaded the gun for Chisoutsa. This was a solid black weapon masked with large bullets. "This one is pretty standard expect it packs a bigger blast. Reloads itself too which helps," Alan explained as Chisoutsa looked at it. Alan threw over a silencer version of the Mags 2700 to Chisoutsa from the table, "Always need one for those occasions," Alan reminded her. "As well as that you will get the sniper gun and the crossbow. I heard you like them," Alan said. "Yes I do like the quieter more stealth weapons," Chisoutsa answered. Alan took them to a corner of the lab where the mines were placed in special tin boxes. Charles looked at the timed mines and showed Chisoutsa to them. "I used to do some bomb making in my younger days. I believe the proximity mines are the best here," Charles, told her. "Not good if you're on the receiving end of it. Remote mines are the safest ones in this three. But all three should be used for the right time," Alan said. Chisoutsa looked at the next weapons where she found a rocket launcher. "This is the devastator. Not for everyday use but its handy when the numbers are against you or you, need escape from a building. On the table is your combat knife and tranquilizer. The tranquilizer is useful for in working in the business buildings if you get that far," Alan said. Alan Richards then walked the three into training rooms and showed them the features. "These training rooms are the perfect place for you to learn your weapons and you martial arts. I know Professor Walken is a good teacher. There are some punching bags and weights for you too." "This should be interesting to watch. These weapons are great looking," Charles said. "There will be more when I can get around to completing them," Alan said to the group. Chisoutsa looked at the punching bag and saw the wall behind it. Alan and Professor Walken were discussing about the weapons while Charles was working with his phone. "I don't need the punching bag. Just the wall, I can punch hard objects for some reason and feel not much pain," Chisoutsa said to the group. "One of unnatural areas of her," whispered the professor to Alan. She raised her fists to her head and started to punch the brick wall. She started slowly then harder and faster, and then soon she was full at it. Punching hard and breaking bricks. "She heals fast and doesn't feel much pain. In addition, tough strength is another key for her power. No one knows why this is so but the City of Demons haves the answers," Professor Walken explained to Alan. "I've never heard of these kinds of humans. She is human, is she?" Alan asked. "Of course look at her. It is just her body make up that's different. Her emotions and passions are also five times more than us. She eats a lot when she's hungry. She tends to sleep for ages after being awake for days on end and her emotions on anger, sexuality, sadness, and feelings are very strong. It's very hard to deal with someone like her in a way," Professor Walken told Alan. "Yes I can understand that. I've never seen or heard about these kinds of people at Scienceworks then again these projects would be top secret. Only the business leaders would know about these," Alan said. Chisoutsa appeared to be finished and Alan collected the last of the gadgets and handed them to her. "Here will be updates of course and new weapons but this should be the best I can for you for now. It was so nice to meet you all and hope to see everyone again!" Alan said bubbly. She smiled at Alan and Professor Walken turned around to Charles in the background. "I guess she'll be right into now," Charles asked Walken. "Yes, we shall wait and see what she finds," answered Professor Walken. Chisoutsa disappeared from the lab room and Alan Richards stood in front of the professor and Charles and smiled. "That's all sorted out now, where is she going?" he asked. "That's a good question. I don't know. She'll be back," answered Professor Walken. The deep smell of trouble rose in the City of Demons as night dawned upon the land. Chisoutsa set her gun by the river and watched a group of men wandering towards an old building. They dressed in brown and black urban clothes and watched around the area to make sure no one was watching them. She hind behind a large waste bin and looked through the cracks to see them. She walked around the bin and saw one of them on a mobile phone. He wandered away from the building and then held out his phone and clicked a button. A large explosion boomed the upstairs of the grey rundown building and fire burst out in balls. Chisoutsa stood and watched the flames cover the ground around the area. "Yeah man, we done it. Nothing left. We'll pick up the good from you later," said the man on the phone. The group headed across the street, climbed into a car, and took off from the burning building. Chisoutsa appeared from hiding and found herself with three men in the distance. One smiled and looked at her. "What's a girl like you doing here?" the man said. She lowered her gun, looked at the back allies, and bolted for them. The men gave chase to her. Moving through the night like shadows on horseback. She turned corners of the streets like a racing car and speed down the stairs to a train station subway. She stopped for a moment and looked at the sign. "Morris Station," she whispered to herself. A line of bullets showered the train station ground where Chisoutsa bolted behind a wall. Old rotten and yellow posters lined the train walls. Her silver gun lined next to her mouth and a slow breathe slowly came out. A raging pounding of bullets at the wall polluted the air again and she moved out of her hiding spot and sprayed her own thoughts at them. One man fell to the ground and he tried to stand up again to shot back. She moved over to kick him cold in the head until she heard the sweet breakage of his neck. "Get her now!" they cried when Chisoutsa moved her fists to protect her face and knocked another person down. The men became worried. They looked at each other, and then reloaded their weapons with a new determination. They charged hard at her and she pushed into them. They all fell to the ground, Chisoutsa found a combat knife, and she picked it up and rolled out of the bullet's harm. "Shoot the bitch, what's wrong with you," cried one of them. The other ran to Chisoutsa and she lower down and stuck the knife in his stomach, she turned around as the body started to fall and stabbed again in the back. The body dropped to the ground and she charged for the last man and grabbed him. His body hit the wall hard and she pulled his arms behind his back. "Now we're going to get to know each other better. Who are you?" Chisoutsa cried at him. "I'm from Tesraptors. I don't tell you shit! Who are you?" he snapped back. A glare of redness appeared over Chisoutsa's eyes and she dragged him into a corner of the station. She held hard to his arm and held on tight. She could feel the bones bending inside him and he gave out some information. "We were just bombing a place for a business!" he cried. "Which one," she asked again tighten her grip. "Demon Productions," he cried. She released him and pushed him away, he quickly showed a gun and she kicked it out of his hands down to the tracks. Her bloody hands landed in his face over and over until he fell down to the ground. She turned around as she saw a shadow and it was an elderly man who saw the last action. He saw the bloody hands and the three bodies over the station. "They were like that when I came here," Chisoutsa answered to him biting her lip. The old man only moved his eyes around the room and softly answered her, "Good enough for me," and quickly walked upstairs from Morris Station. Chisoutsa watched the bodies lie on the ground and tapped her gun on her side. Who were Demons Productions? Why were they burning down a building? Was there something they were hiding? The train lights flickered on and off as the night worn on. A young waiter came over to two men at a classy the business sector. The first man, dressed in a brown suit and urban styled pants. He was under a hood, had a beard, and had a small pistol in his suit. The second man was dressed in a black suit, neat and cleanly shaved face. He looked quite educated and alert. "Here are your drinks gentlemen," said the waiter as the first man thanked him. "So as you were saying, you said a woman killed off three of your men. Haven't head of that one in a long time," said the second man. "No Mr. Umezu. I was angry when the news came. How can a woman be that dangerous and successful," said the first man. "Junji, don't worry about the women. I'll send around some of the Kaiser Unit to investigate this calm. Now let us get to the real issue at hand. You are finished with Demon Productions?" Mr. Umezu asked. "Yes we are. We are in the hands of Scienceworks again," answered Junji. "Very good," Mr. Umezu said smiling to himself. He handed over a range of papers to Junji to do with the following tasks to be done . Scienceworks always had their tasks written down easily even for the dopiest gang leader to understand. "I know the Tesraptors can do this one easily, just like the building that was burnt down. We need you to find out information about any new people in the City. People who wish to be movers and shakers here like woman who killed your men, we will investigate her, you will do the same for everyone else in your area and other sections of the City," Mr. Umezu told him. "How much?" Junji asked. "One hundred thousand for now, we'll talk more if you find something out," came Junji's answer. Mr. Umezu stood up from the table and looked down at Junji. "I have to go now but I hope things are on the brighter side for your men," he said throwing down brown bag of cash inside next to him. Junji watched him leave the café and he scratched his beard. A bloodied Chisoutsa entered the lounge room of Professor Walken's as the seat lamp turned on in the night. There was the professor reading a novel when he heard her inside. "What information did you find?" he asked. "Not much, only a gang working for a business called the Demon Productions," she answered. She wandered into the bathroom, slipped off her pants, and washed her hands and face down. "Demon Productions is one of the big businesses. A medical type group who work with drug lords to make their money. They put every man, woman and child into classes. I think I'm in the higher class. Because I have the money to make their drugs," Professor Walken explained to Chisoutsa. Chisoutsa unzipped her coat top, wandered into the room, and rested over the lounge. She slipped out a large beer she found by her room, opened it by her teeth, and gulped the bottle in two goes. "You must remind me you are a woman sometimes when you do that," the professor half frowned at her. "Doesn't matter me. Woman are so girly girly. It bugs me off," she complained. "For certain reasons I suggest Chisoutsa, because they are women?" Professor Walken commented. Chisoutsa said nothing and her mentor smiled and grabbed his wine glass and played with it in his hands. He watched his faithful walking stick by his side and his student into her first quest by his side. "You want to find Demon Productions?" he asked her. "Yes, of course Walken where are they?" she asked him. The professor mentor slipped more of his wine and thought about it for a moment. His hands reaching back into his memory and stringing his thoughts together. "There is a place called the Washu Spring. Brothel, drug place, spring, and a bit of everything you can say. You should find some Demon Production members testing drugs on the young people. Rest tonight and go out tomorrow night, that would be the plan," Walken answered her. Chisoutsa thought to herself and Professor Walken rose from his seat and moved to the fridge. "We must all take time out from work. The City of Demons is a stressful place to live. There is so much trouble and gangs and businesses crossing each other. Fun for the papers to write about," he said poking his head in the fridge. "Why did you live here for so long if you dislike it yet Walken?" she asked him. "I helped worked with Charles for a while then investigated some businesses such as Demon Productions and Centrax. You get used to it in the end," Walken answered. "It's an alright place." "Yes it is," said the professor with a concerned face. Chisoutsa went from the lounge into her room. She had posters of weapons on her walls and a nice sized bed in the middle. A line of clothes was in her wardrobe and a shower in the next room. It was mild yellow designed bedroom when she walked in and threw her coat and top to the bed. Professor Walken was back in his seat with his whine glass and thought about his past with the city. "So long ago but still the same people rule the land," he said to himself. He watched the fire in front of him disappear and he fell to sleep in time. The deep lab rooms of the Scienceworks empire building stood tall in the city square. On one of the underground levels were the technology rooms for the Kaiser Unit. Mr. Umezu watched over his men training and being given lessons by the scientists. "Morning men, I have called some of you together to discuss about finding a woman who has been seen in the outer sectors of the city. We have a drawn picture of her for now. Does anyone know of a woman like this?" he asked them . In the next couple rooms another figure saw the sketch of Chisoutsa and he stepped back in his office. Alan Richards dialed his phone out and softly spoke to it. "Yes, Mr. Walken. I think Scienceworks know about Chisoutsa. They have a picture of her," he said into the phone. "I'm not surprised about them finding out," answered Professor Walken. "What do we do? What if they find out about me?" asked Alan. There was a short pause before an answer came in, "They don't know about that and it will stay like that Mr. Richards," Professor Walken answered. Alan nodded on the phone, placed the phone back down, and watched out the window at the Kaiser Unit. Mr. Umezu showed the picture to each of the members until he spoke to a couple. "So you have seen the girl in this picture," Mr. Umezu asked. "Yes sir. She asked about what we were doing and we answered her we were part of Kaiser Unit," spoke one of the two men on duty that night. "She must be new in the city if she doesn't know the Kaiser Unit or the Tesraptors. I'm not interested in her really. Just kill her if you find her, no investigation into her will be taken. It's a clear cut kill for us," Mr. Umezu told the group. The Kaiser Unit reloaded their high-powered weapons and marched out of the area as a worried witted Alan watched them move out of the lab rooms.

Chisoutsa: Dark Lies and Lust

The sweet engine of Professor Walken's sleek black car purred along the streets in the early morning. The old mentor was watching the large number of Kaiser Unit men and Tesraptors poaching the streets alive. The car slowed down to the corner and he watched the men chatting to each other. "I hope this doesn't go on forever. I'm sick and tired of guarding the streets like this," said one of them. "There will be new men soon, Mr. Umezu said to us, remember," said the other. Professor Walken looked down and twisted his cane, which was parked down at the passenger seat and looked back up. He knew the numbers of them were high on the street and he had to warm Chisoutsa about this. The car drove off out of the area and he headed for home. The Professor was at the bar lounge at the house where Chisoutsa wandered in the room with an over long shirt on. She opened the fridge and grabbed a beer out of the fridge. "Have you had breakfast downstairs?" asked Professor Walken. "This is it," Chisoutsa pointed at the professor with the beer and opened it. "Your diet has taken a turn for the worse since we moved back here. Any reason why?" he asked her. "Not into breakfast at the moment. I want to find out more about my past but it's a puzzle out there," she answered sitting up at the bar. "It's the puzzle game in the City of Demons . You have use the people and connect the pieces together to form the image. Your image is your past. These people may not know about your past personally but they will know other people who may know your past," Professor Walken explained to his student. "I'll go to the Washu Spring tonight to see what's there," she said. "Watch out for the Kaiser Unit, they have your picture. Our friend Alan Richards told us last night," the professor said. "They won't find me there. They will be busy on the streets," Chisoutsa answered. Professor Walken walked over to the door and headed upstairs and Chisoutsa sat at the bar drinking. Night had fallen and both the professor and Chisoutsa parted ways for the evening to attend to their own businesses. The black sleek car of the professor drove into the heart of the city. He looked at the business people at cafes having meetings. The area is clean and neat, unlike the outer section of the City where the gangs and the poor ruled. There were tall pine trees lined around the roundabout centre where the three huge business lords stand over the city. The car drove into the government Square which was a neat and oval shaped building. It was yellow and white on the outside and with other government officials fronting out for the night back to their homes. All dressed in black suits waiting for their cars. The professor stopped the car and came out to see them. He stopped one of the officials outside of the Government Square . "Do you know where the Prime leader is?" he asked. "Yes he's still inside. Do you have a meeting?" the official asked back. "No, but he knows me," the professor answered back and moving off. He wandered inside and came to see the Prime Leader's door opened. He banged his cane at the door and a figure woke up from his chair. He looked at the professor as he came into full view. "Jonathan Walken, such a long time since we meet," said the Prime Leader. "Yes it is and you finally got what you wanted, the mayor of the city. Well done. What have you been doing?" he answered. "Running the city," the Prime Leader answered as the professor closed the door behind him. "That meaning being a puppet for the business leaders," Professor Walken answered. "Jonathan, what brings you here really? This isn't a friendly chat I can tell. I will call security if you continue to waste my time. Drag out a legged injured man," the Prime Leader smiled. The professor walked up and drew out his cane top to reveal an old Japanese sword and held it to the Prime Leader. He fell back to his seat and his eyes widen at the professor. "You're right, this isn't a friendly chat," Professor Walken answered. The Washu Spring opened for the night with its light blue lights and people forwarding into the dark building. On the other side of the street Chisoutsa was spying on anyone who could be part of the Kaiser Unit. She dressed in black boots and skintight black leather suit that had a zipper all the way up to his neck from her hips. She walked over slowly as the street lights flicked on and off half damaged. Inside the Spring building, there were lounges and drinking bars as a figure appeared at the side. "Hello there, you look new. What's ya name," smiled a young blonde woman. "I'm Chisoutsa, I'm looking for information and you are?" she asked back. "My name is Riyoko and I'm the owner of Washu Springs," she smiled. Riyoko was as tall as Chisoutsa and had long blonde sweet hair. She was in a green short skirt and revealing top. She showed Chisoutsa into the building and showed her upstairs. They came to the next level to another bar and spa baths where people were being entertained. "Here we have fun all the time. Everyone is relaxed here and we welcome you," Riyoko explained. "Thank you Riyoko. I'll grab a drink and look around," Chisoutsa answered. She wandered off towards as Riyoko smiled at her from the background and disappeared downstairs. She ordered a drink and started to chat to the bar worker. "Nice place here," she said to him. "Yeah it is when you watch the spas from here," grinned the bar man. "Do you know anything about a gang called the Red Team?" Chisoutsa asked. "Who's asking?" he said handling drinks for another girl. "Just old me. I just hear that they know some information about the big businesses. What ya know?" she asked again. "The Red Team used to be a business themselves. They went bust a while back when the Centrax Corporation ended their projects with the other two businesses," the bar man explained to her. "What projects?" she asked. The bar man pointed with his eyes towards the end of the level and Chisoutsa turned around to see two security guards. She turned back to him. "Can't talk. They don't like inside talking about anything. Washu Spring is private like that. But three words for you, Halls of Destiny," the bar man said and carried on back to work. Chisoutsa took her drink to the spas, watched couples, and sipped her drink wondering the promises and mysteries of the Halls of Destiny. Professor Walken wandered around the Prime Leader's office and looked outside of the room out to the garden in the Government Square . "I like the tinned blue windows and the black steel bars. I guess you have to do that in case someone comes barreling in," the professor said. "Yes they are used for protection. Scienceworks is very helpful to the government Jonathan. Now what the hell do you want?" asked the Prime Leader. "I want some facts and papers on my private student Chisoutsa. I found her four years ago dumped here in the City of Demons . Now I believe she was part of a testing or project by one of the big businesses. You should know something about that. You were still in power then," Professor Walken asked. "I know nothing Jonathan about this Chisoutsa project. What's so different about her?" he asked the professor. "Supernatural abilities, she's got tough skin, she doesn't tired down easily. It is very confusing for anyone to understand. Gases don't affect her and any forms of drugs. You should know something Prime Leader and you must tell me," cried the professor. "Shut up will you? Fine I'll tell you something. A few years back there were projects done by all parties in the big businesses. Some were successful and some of them failed. There was a larger project, which resulted in billions of dollars being spent, but Scienceworks with Mr. Umezu got the shits about something and left, following by Demon Productions. Centrax continued to work on until it stopped all of a sudden and that was the end," the Prime Leader said. "You as leader of the city should know what type of projects they were. Can you tell me more?" the professor said. "Jonathan you're not stupid. Do you think we all sit down and play happy families? They tell you what to do. Look out to the City of Demons , there's nothing good and it's all ruled by the iron fists of greed and power," the Prime Leader cried out. There was a pause and the professor was thinking about the projects and ideas. He grabbed something out of his pocket and it was a needle. "What are you doing?" asked the Prime Leader. "I'm going to numb my leg so I can move freely for a while. I shouldn't be taking drugs but the security guards are going to shot me if they get their hands on me," the professor answered. "You'll never find out the mystery of Chisoutsa. They will kill you before you get to the bottom of it," the Prime Leader said. Professor Walken turned around as the door banged hard with the guards on the other side, "Thank you for your kind words. I'll be meeting with you again soon," he said and the door cracked opened with the guards marching in. The security guards pushed through the door, Walken thrashed his sword at first person, and he fell to the ground. He pushed into another and punched another into the wall. One guard wiped the blood from him and fired a few bullets at the professor and the mentor dodged them. He ran from the group and outside of the Government Square . Officials stopped to watch the professor run to his car and shut the door. He turned the key and put the floor down as the car speed out of the parking lot. The guard fired bullets at the car and Professor Walken disappeared from sight. They returned back to the Prime Leader to see if he was not injured. "Are you ok sir?" boomed one of the guards. "Yes I'm fine. We were just having a chat about thing," said a disgusted Prime Leader. "Just leave everyone," he cried at them and they all left the building leaving the mayor of the city alone again. "Who is this Chisoutsa you talk about Jonathan," he asked himself. With the escape of the professor back home it was late and Chisoutsa was still at the Washu Spring at the spa section. She watched couples passing by and the heat in the room was high from the hot waters. She unzipped her black suit down to let out some steam. She saw a young man in one of spas in a dark corner of the Washu Spring relaxing. She walked up to the man and he looked up and smiled at her. "You want to come in and see how warm this spa is," he asked her. "How warm is it?" she asked back. "Come and find out," he answered. She stepped into the spa bath with him and went underwater. She came back up in front of him. The man had spiked hair and muscled body. He watched her moved her hair back. "Do you like it," he smiled at her. "Yeah it's nice but I can make it much warmer," she answered. The spa quickly became warmer and she stood up in the spa, unzipped her suit right down to her hips, and sipped off her clothes. The man pulled Chisoutsa down to kiss her neck. She moved quickly to help pull off his shorts and put herself on him. She placed her arms around him and pushed up and down on him kissing him slowly. She pulled back her head and closed her eyes in tension motions. He pulled her out of the spa and on the ground lean over her. He moved faster and harder until he released and leaned up. He stood up and Chisoutsa followed up and stretched her body standing up. She wandered over to her clothes, picked up her watch, and put it on. "I haven't seen you before girl, where you been at?" asked the man. "Nowhere, just new to the city. What about you?" Chisoutsa asked. "I'm a builder, been doing some work in the inner sector of the city," he answered. "Do ya know much about the Red Team?" she asked. "Yeah I do, they just hang out a few blocks away from here. You wanna see them or something?" "Yeah later on," Chisoutsa answered. She walked back into the spa and rolled her head around and the man watched her sexuality tensed body flexing in the water. "You're a pretty tight girl. You been going out lately?" he asked. "Not lately, I've been dying some action for a while. It has always been like that. When I get certain emotions, it's so strong . Whenever it is laughing, crying, exercising, sex. Anything. It must be part of DNA problems, what they did to me," Chisoutsa said thinking and daydream. "The Red Team, that's where I have to go next," she said to herself. Professor Walken's car had taken a detour on his way home as his thoughts and wonders about the Halls of Destiny. His car stopped at the foot of the building in the dead of the night and stepped out of the car. He carried a torch into the building area where it was crystal white. His eyes darted around the area watching for any shadows. He came to a ground plate in the ground stating, "Halls of Destiny Library - Enter at your risk". The professor with his cane leaned down and struggled to lift the ground plate over. After several attempts he achieved it and he straight out his arm. "I should be getting Chisoutsa to do the physical work. That's why I did train her," he murmured to himself. He slowly slipped down the ladder with some pain in his leg again with the painkillers wearing out. He arrived at the foot of the underground area and took out his golden pocket watch, checked the time and returned it to his pocket. He waved his torch over the dark and creepy area as rats and mice roamed the grounds and walls. He took a step at a time to get closer to the Library where he dropped his torch. The torch broken with impact and his cane knocked into it causing him to fall to the ground. The bitter darkness poisoned his mind as he struggled to look for cane in the dark. He threw and pushed rats away from him. He crawled along the undergrounds of the library. "Is there someone in here? Help!" he cried out in pain. Flashes of a blue light crossed the ground; the professor shook with worry and went on his back. Two blue creepy eyes lay on its prey. A grey dressed man appeared with blue-lighted glasses that highlight the intruder on the ground. "Who are you?" he cried out "I'm the Library! How dare you come here at the blackest of nights," boomed the voice. He walked down and turned some of the candles on so the professor could find his cane stand up again. "It's very dark in here," the professor said shaking. "They all say that when they first come. What do you want?" he asked. "I need information on recent projects that the businesses they have been doing. I believe they worked on someone called Chisoutsa," answered the professor. "Well you better start researching," said the librarian as he stretched out his hand to show lines of bookshelves lit with green and blue candle fires. The professor half smiled and made his way to the bookshelves. The creepy librarian watched Professor Walken and started to read a book to himself. "Who is Chisoutsa," he asked him. "She is my student, she is finding out her past in the City of Demons . We believe that one of the businesses know her past. What happened to her and who she is," the professor answered from one of the shelves. "Its always a problem for the ground level city. You cannot trust a soul there. Then again you may not be asking the right questions," the librarian said. "What do you mean," the professor asked with his head stuck in a book. "You need to ask the right questions. The question of understand. They may not know who Chisoutsa was or where she came from, but I bet you they have heard of the legend of her," the librarian explained. The professor poked his head out from one of the shelves, "You know about the large projects?" "I have heard the rumors and the legend." Professor Walken walked up the librarian and the creepy figure flashed his blue lights at him. "Tell me the legend and the project," the professor said softly. The librarian's blue lights flashed around the dark underground and be seen for miles. "There was a legend of a perfect human. One of the businesses was working on this project. It cost a lot of money and time. The perfect human was supposed to be a military fighter, stronger than any human and able to do superhuman feats," he started and leaned his head towards the professor. "The project failed and the legend of the perfect human was gone. There was never any proof of this and none of the businesses has said about this project. The Government Square would have had some idea of it and what happened to the project in the end. However, they wouldn't dare tell a soul. For death would knock on their soul," the librarian whispered. He turned his head away from the library and for a moment, it looked that the rats were listening. The professor swallowed hard and heard water dropping from different parts of the underground. "The Prime Leader knows more. I should have asked the right questions," he said. "What is Chisoutsa like? Is she superhuman in some way?" "Yes she is. Her personally is interesting. Very strong emotions. Knowing her she found a bit of pleasure at the Washu Springs. Still the mystery goes on," the professor said. The Librarian turned back to him and smiled, "Indeed. Do come back when you have free time if you need more information. Do remember some of the books here are fake." "Yes I'll remember," the professor nodded. After the eventful night, it was a late start for Chisoutsa and Professor Walken at the house where Chisoutsa appeared in her underwear and top. The professor was reading the paper at the table and looked up. "Any information found?" he asked her. "I found where the Red Team are. What about you?" she answered. "Abused the mayor of the city and was scared to death by the creepiest librarian to mankind. But I know for sure the businesses and the government knows something. Have to ask the right questions," the professor spoke. "Yes they should," Chisoutsa said. "So who was the guy last night," the professor said with his head down reading the headlines. "Ryan, don't know him but it was hot and heavy. I love the Washu Springs, nice drinks too," she answered grinning. "I'm sure you do. I think Alan Richards have some new weapons he has created. Just in time for your next mission," the professor said. "For what mission," she asked. "To get the Red Team and to get some people," the professor said. Chisoutsa stood at the table and smiled, looking forwards to her first killing spree in a long time.
