Female and Male

You awoke to the sound of sobbing and crying in the bathroom. “Zelena, u okay” you called out. No response. “Zel, baby” you called out again still no response. Obviously you were angry. Not with your baby girl, but with whoever made her feel this way. Regina.  

“It’s okay baby” you said outside the bathroom door. Soon the sobbing stopped and you heard faint sniffles behind the door. Then she unlocked it. “Oh Zel baby, I’m going to kill whoever did this to you” you said embracing her. She immediately fell right into the hug. 

“I love you baby just remember that” you said as you left. “So what’s wrong” you asked, rubbing your girlfriends back. She sniffles then began talking. “It’s just that, R- Regina still continues to get everything, while I have nothing, I- I can’t take it anymore. Why does she get a second chance, but I can’t. Yes I have you and i’m grateful for that, but it doesn’t stop the horrible dirty looks I get around the town” she said tears falling out of both your eyes. The only difference was. You. You felt angry, hatred towards Emma, Snow, Charming, they all took your lovers happy ending away. But most importantly you felt your anger and hatred point in the direction of one person. Regina. 

“I’ll be back baby” you said kissing her lips quickly before leaving. You marched to Snow and Charming’s door knocking very angrily. There you found everyone. “Killian” “(Y/n)” 

“How do you two know each other” Emma butted in. “Exes” Killian replied (Sorry if you’re a Male - you can be bi- bi Male- bi female) 

“(Y/n) I want you to think long and hard about what your about to do” Regina said creeping slowly towards you. “No, I’ve had enough. It’s one thing hating your sister, it’s another rubbing it in her face” you walked up to Robin smushing his cheeks together. 

Regina gasped. “No. Don’t hurt him” you just laughed. “And why shouldn’t I, Evil Queen, MY LOVE HAS SUFFERED ENOUGH, why are you allowed a second chance but she isn’t” you said, not noticing the green patches forming on your hand. 

“I did, she didn’t take it. She didn’t want a second chance. But I still have her one. And another and another” Regina sighed, satisfied with her answer. 

“BUT IT’S NOT ENOUGH, SHE IS LIVING IN TORMENT, WAKING UP CRYING, WISHING SHE WERE DEAD. DO YOU HAVE ANY IDEA WHAT THAT IS DOING TO ME. SHE DOESNT DESERVE THIS, I DONT DESRVE THIS BIT MORE IMPORTANTLY THE TOWN DOESNT TRUST HER, THEY DONT LIKE HER” 

“(Y/n) stop it’s not worth it” 

You stood shocked. Regina did too. 

“If they don’t want to forgive me it’s fine, probably because I was being selfish for putting you through my troubles, I’m so sorry baby” she said. 

You ran up to her and kissed her. “Yeah, well I love to Zelena, that won’t change” you said and smiled. 

“I guess I owe you an apology” Regina said. “I didn’t really give you any second chances I just tossed them over and expected you to catch, this is a new possibility for us Zelena, I mean that this time. While I got everything, I didn’t want it, mother ruined us both in a way you could say” Regina said. “I’m sorry if I spited you, and (Y/n) maybe get your hands checked out” 

Obviously alarmed you checked your hand, noticing the green had practically covered them.

You were an outcast because of your sexuality. Your parents threw you out at age 16 and have been homeless since. 

You ventured and journeyed all across Maine until you came across a town called Storybrooke. How you got their you didn’t not know. But having a homeless person in her town, obviously was brought to the mayors attention. 

“Mom, what are we going to do” Henry whined. “We can’t leave her, she’s only 16” he said feeling sympathy for the girl. He was only 8 after all she’s only 8 years older than him. Not even an adult yet. “I- I’m not sure yet, Henry”  she said. 

Truth be told, she was confused on how you even got to Storybrooke. She didn’t know any 16 year old girls. Maybe you believed. It was all confusing to her, so Regina did what Regina thought best. She poured herself some whiskey.  

She was stressing herself out. “Why don’t you adopt her, dearie” Mr Gold asked. “Gah, you scared me, what are you doing here anyway” 

“I’m here to look after Henry” 

Regina nodded and left her house. As soon as she left she saw a fragile girl, 16 years old sleeping  down on the cold concrete floor. ‘Poor girl must be really tired and freezing.’ She thought to herself. 

“Hello, it’s time to wake up” she said shaking you gently. You stirred, but did not wake. Regina scooped you up in her arms and carried you to her house. “Henry, Gold, Can you let me in please” she shouted. As soon as Gold opened the door, his eyes traveled to you, but then gasped in shock. “B… bring her in” he said. Regina quickly did as she was told. “Put her there” he said pointing to the sofa. 

Henry came rushing down to see the commotion. “Henry go back upstairs” Regina told her son firmly. He nodded and went back upstairs.  

 You sat on the edge of the bridge, sighing. Today you were finally going to do it.
