I was becoming more nervous as a silver Suzuki swift rolled along the white pebbles

"Mum im not sure about this"

"Addison dear no ones making you. your the best voice ive heard!'

I stayed quite as I got out the car.I started to get painky. I.I hoped i could keep my paink attacks under control.

"Bye mum, I love you, Call me when you get home"

We said our final goodbyes before mum drove off.

I ambled to Rexona, the hall for year 7's

"Hello im looking for my room" i said to Mr Adams. I had met him then me and mum looked around

"Room 118, you are sharing with Zoey Hudson"

"Thank you"

I grabbed my key and walked to my room. the door was ajar i pushed it open to see a tall beautiful skinny girl with long black hair pulled onto a high pony tail. She turned around and smiled

'Hello you must be Addison,I'm Zoey Hudson"

I smiled and walked to the right side

'I hope you don't mind that I chose this side we can change what ever you like'

"No, I couldn't have done anything better"

I started to unpack me and Zoey talked. I really wanted to tell he about my paink attacks, But I didn't.

By 6:00 we had finished

"Are you hungry?' Zoey asked

"Yes" I replied  a little too fast.

"We an go to the dining hall, We ordered our food and and sat down

"So," Zoey asked "What classes are you doing?"

"Singing and a bit of guitar, Whata 'bout you?

"Art and drama, Tell me a bit about yourself"

I froze, there was no way out of this one

"Well im 13 and im from yunta a small town, and my dad left but my step dad and I are extermerly close

and ive been having paink attacks since I was 5. How about you'

"No nothing, I used to live in Brisbane but I moved here to attend Oakleaf"

We chatted as we ate.We finished and walked back to our room.we put a movie on as we went to sleep.

 I started to paink as I drifted off to sleep.

My blue alarm clock started beeping at 6:30. I rolled over and groaned I remembered it was my first day of classes.My breathing got heaver, my heart started racing, Suddenly the large room felt small. Zoey heard me and sat up.I saw the confused look on her face. she didn't know what to do. she sat next to me and told me everything is okay. I finally calmed down. and walked to my wardrobe, I put on my blue three quarter tee,Pulled on my skinny jeans and slipped on my black ballet flats. I did my make up and brushed my hair before grabbing my bag and leaving. I walked towards the music studio. I felt like I was carrying something heavy on my shoulders. I went in and checked my time table.  

"Great, class doesn't start for an hour" I mumbled to myself.

I decided to go into the practice studio to warm up my voice. I warmed my voice and sang Katy Perry 'Fireworks. A girl with long blond hair walked in and sarcasticly clapped.

"Well done for making my ears bleed"

"What?"

the girl sang the same song, I must admit she had a beautiful voice the song sounded like it was made for her.

"Omg you are so good"

"Save it, if you really want to sing don't, you don't stand a chance here. this is only for the best of the best" She smirked and walked out. My confidence was shattered I new I had to stay strong.

An hour later class started I cautiously walked in and found a seat towards the back. I sat down and got my book out and wrote the date in the corner. The teacher Miss Abernathy walked to the front.

"Hello class, today we are doing vocal practise"

I sat up straighter a small smile crossed my face

"Okay we will do females first any volunteers?'' 

My hand shot up. The whole class stared at me and started whispering. I lowered my hand slowly hoping the teacher dindnt see. But she saw

"great, What is your name"

"Addison Harper"

​"Welcome, You may sing what ever song you want"

The first song I thought of was Katy Perry Roar.

I took a deep, shaky breath. Started singing I closed my eyes for a minute and opened to see a cute boy smiling two seats across from mine. I struggled to not smile. I finished the song and everyone clapped. I hurried back to my desk and sank into it.

Had I already made a fool of myself?

Class finished and i decided to go to a practise studio. I walked to the desk and put down my bag and grabbed my water bottle. I heard the door open the shut I turned around to see the cute boy.

"Hello" the boy said

"Hey'' I started to wonder why he was in here, there are other studios.

I ignored him and grabbed my note book that ad my songs in them. I opened to Magic. I turned around and the boy was still there. I wanted to know what he wanted

"Um, did you want to practise in here?'' I questioned

"No, I want to here you sing and possibly sing WITH you"

I froze I wanted to say yes but something stopped me

"Okay, what song  do you want to sing?''

"Hey soul sister?''

"Okay, do you want to go first?"

"Sure"

He started singing. He had a beautiful voice, It was my turn and I watched him and listened to our voices the actually sounded great together. We finished the song and he said

"Sorry, I forgot to say my name is Noah Price"

'I'm Addison Harper"

I smiled and my phone started beeping i looked and Zoey needed me.

"Sorry I have to go, See ya at class!"

I got my stuff and walked out feeling like a million dolars

I think I might actually like him!
