How would you feel to get a call from your 10 year old daughter’s school saying that your kid never made it? Never did she think that this would happen to her kids, especially get her kids taking away from her after she just got them back. She was really close to Mr. Thompson so it didn’t make sense for her to think it was him.

Summer was over and it was the girls first time in years the girls had to live with their mom rebuilding up their bond again. At 7:00 in the morning it was the two 10 year old girl's first day of school and mom had to work so Lilly and Martha had to walk to school.

As they were walking they saw Mr.Thompson their neighbor, walking his new puppy, They asked, “Can we pet your puppy please”. Mr.Thompson replied and said “Yes just be careful she can get a little frightened”. Just as the girls were walking away Mr. Thompson said “Wait I have more at my house wanna see them?” the girls looked back as they were walking and said “We can’t be late for school”.

Mr. Thompson said “I will drive you guys after you're done looking at them”, So Lilly said to Martha “C’mon nothing bad is gonna happen he knows our parents” Martha replied “I don’t know what if something bad happens to us” Lilly says “Please I promise nothing bad is gonna happen just trust him”, Martha sighs and says “Whatever, But when we are done we’re leaving right?”. As Mr.Thompson waits for the girls they walk over still arguing about going or not but they do, Martha asks as they walk to his house “When we’re finished your taking us to school right?” and he says “yes”.

When they approach the house Mr. Thompson opened the door saying “Come right in the rest of the puppies are upstairs, Martha was scared to enter but Lilly told martha “Come on we’re just gonna see the puppies and leave that’s all” Martha grunts and walks in, the girls wait while Mr.Thompson locks the doors, Martha asks “Why you locking the doors if we just coming to see the puppies” he said “I know I just don’t want the puppies to run out or for anyone to get in” the girls look at each other and grab each other hands, as they walk up stairs following Mr.Thompson. Martha whispers “I don’t think this was a good idea”, Lilly says “It’s gonna be okay just stop worrying” Martha rolls her eyes releasing Lilly’s hand, Mr.Thompson opens the door and says “They’re right in here”, the girls walk in slowly and Lilly says “There’s no puppies in here” and Martha charging towards the door as Mr.Thompson slams it.

After hours passes the girls are still crying trying to get out but Martha stops and yells at Lilly “See I told you not to trust him cause it wasn’t a good idea, Now i’m stuck here when I should be at school wait till mom finds out”, “I’m sorry I didn’t think he would do this to us” Martha says. The girls stop arguing as they hear Mr.Thompson footsteps coming from the stairs he unlocks the door and opens it saying “Now, Listen up you guys are going follow these order the right way understood?” the girls look at eachother then look at Mr.Thompson.

Mr.Thompson yells “Understood?” the girls jump then “Yes we understand”. Mr.Thompson continued on and says “So we are gonna go somewhere for awhile ok?” then Martha interrupts “Why? What did we do for you to take us away”, Lilly said “Shut up, you are making him mad”. 

“No Lilly you're the reason we’re in this” Martha said angrily. Mr.Thompson said “Yea you better listen to your sister or something bad is gonna happen to you” Martha said “If you hurt me you are gonna regret it”.

Mr.Thompson walks over towards Martha and hits her leaving her with a bruise. Lilly grabs Martha “See i told you just listen to him” says Lilly “Alright now get your stuff let’s go now” says Mr.Thompson the girls follow him to the car “Get in” he says.

The mother of Lilly and Martha gets a phone call from the school “Hello this is the office of Pine Elementary, I was calling to see the reason of your kids not showing up” said the office. Mrs.James replys “There must be a mistake my kids walked to school this morning” the office said “Well your kids didn’t show up” Mrs.James said “This can’t be happening i sent my kids to school they should be there” the office said “Well ma’am you need to contact the police”.

Mrs James hangs up and calls the police “Hello, 911 what’s your emergency?” “Hi i'm calling to report two missing kids”, “okay how long have they been missing?”, “Since this morning officer” mom said scaredly, “what time is that” said the officer, “At 7:00 they didn’t show up to school”, the officer says “Well ok there’s nothing we can do until 24 hours”.

Mr.Thompson was pulling out the driveway and sees Mrs.James car so he tells the girls “Get down now” so they get down. Mrs. James waves so he waves back and continues driving. The girls get up and asks “Why can’t we” Mr.Thompson interrupts before they could finish their sentence “Don’t ask me anything just sit there quietly”.

The day was almost over and the girls still didn’t make it home. The mom had the police’s, friends and family helping her looking for her kids. 

Mr. Thompson was still driving and the girls were tired ready to go home. As the girls and Mr. Thompson reached the cabin in the middle of nowhere Mr. Thompson said to them “Get out quietly”. The girls both replied “Okay”.

Martha came up with a plan and she told Lilly “When he’s not looking just run!!”. Lilly says “Okay” then that’s when Mr.Thompson said “C’mon you guys let’s go”. Mr. thompson still not knowing that we had his phone. He turned around to start walking towards the cabin.

Martha Says “Go, Go,!!” they both ran as Mr. Thompson turns around seeing that they were gone he looks around for a little then stops knowing that they couldn’t have gone to far. Martha Says “Call… Call mom….Call 911” as they’re running. Lilly starts dialing and Moms picks up “Hello who’s this” the girls yelled “Mom help us Mr. Thompson kidnapped us”. 

Mrs.James replys “Call the police right now and I’m coming just keep running mom loves you” the phone hangs up. Lilly rushes and calls 911 “Hello what’s your emergency”, Lilly said “Its us Lilly and Martha…...the kidnapped girls can you help us please?”. 

The police said “Stay on the line we’re tracking you guys and someone is on the way to help”, the girls said “Okay but please hurry he’s looking for us”, “Who is” said the police, “Mr. Thompson he took us without permission but we took his phone and ran”, the police said “We’re on our way stop where you are”.

The girls stop running and hide waiting for the police. They hear someone come up from behind “They’re you guys are” Yelled Mr.Thompson. Lilly quickly puts the phone in her pocket and they both start running yelling “Help Help Help Help”. As the police sirens get louder and louder the girls runs quickly towards the sounds and Mr. Thompson suddenly disappears the girls stop running and see their mom.

Mrs. James yells out “Watch out”, the girls look back and Lilly runs but Martha falls she goes back to help saying “Hurry get up”, She gets up and they both start running and that's when the police got out the cars and started shouting at Mr. Thompson. 

The girls both dropped down to the floor as Mr. Johnson gets shout to his death. Well atleast they thought they shot him till he was dead.

The girls get up as the police run towards Mr. Thompson noticing his body was gone. The girls run to their mom saying “We missed you mom”. Mrs. James stops them and says “What happened? Why didn’t you guys go start to school?”.

Lilly and Martha looks at each other and Lilly says “I'm sorry”, while Martha looks down Mrs. James says “Hello… answer me!!!”. Lilly answers her mom “Mr. Johnson had puppies and he asked us to go look. Martha kept convincing me to go with her so we did we walked into his house and realized he didn't have any but he locked us upstairs in a room. That's when he left and he drove by you and took us here”. 

Mrs. James looks at Martha very ashamed “You could’ve got you guys both killed!!! Martha over some dog. Really!?” said Mrs. James “Look at me when I'm talking to you”. 

Martha looks up “What! I understand ok I’m sorry what else do you want me to say”. Mrs. James very angrily says “Don’t disrespect me or I’ll send you back with your dad”. Martha Says “Whatever”. Mrs. James tells them “C’mon time to go home” Lilly and Martha start walking to the car.

This is when they all realized that anything could happen to any of them at any moment. That it’s important for them to be considerate of each other time. 

They reached home and the girl’s were safe and sound at home. Well atleast they thought they were safe. Mom feeds them and they all went to go lay down. A couple minutes passed and Mrs. James said “I’ll never let you guys go and no matter what happened this week you guys will always be mine. I’ll always fight for you guys no matter what happens love you goodnight”. The girls reply “love you too”, Mom pulls them closer to them and they fall asleep. 

The next morning they woke up just as they thought this was all over they found a note at the front door and the mom read it : “I know you told and I know you have people watching out for you guys. You're not that protected and you should know that i'm capable of getting back to your girls if  i tried to so keep them close by you because i have my ways from : Mr.Thompson”. 

Mom rushed to the phone and called 911 and she said “Hurry over its Mrs. James, Mr. Thompson isn't dead he’s watching us”, the police rush over and read the note. 

When the police finished reading the note they told Mrs. James “Get you and your girls stuff ready to be moved”. Mrs. James rushed and got the stuff ready as the police wait for her. Then Lilly asked “Mom what's going”, Mom answered “Don’t worry we’re going to be leaving for a little while until they find Mr. Thompson”. 

Lilly looks sad but she continues to help her mom and sister packing. A couple minutes passed and they start to walk down stairs “You guys ready to go?” said the police officers, “Yes” they replied. So the police officers told them “Follow us to our car you’ll be transported to a safer place that will be watched by many officers with the other families in the same situation”, “Okay” the family said. 

As they were walking Mrs. James spotted Mr.Thompson “Officers Look it’s him”. Officers turn to look and they see a guy running “Get in the car… Now!!!” they run to the car waiting for them to start driving while the other two police officers go chasing after him. The other two police officers start driving to their new house where they’ll be safe. 

After hours of driving “Can we take a break i need to go to the bathroom?”, the police officer looks back “Can't you wait we’re almost there?” Lilly responds unsurely “Fine I’ll wait”.

They arrive at their temporary house “This is it” Martha says disgustedly “Just be grateful we’re safe away from Thompson” says mom. The car stops and the police unlocks the door and Lilly rushes into the bathroom “excuse me” she said and the police says “There are only two rooms and two bathrooms is this okay” “Oh yes...yes it is thank you so much for your help” says mom happily “You're Welcome” says officer one “But to insure your safety there are no calls allowed unless you are contacting us” says officer two. 

Lilly walks out the bathroom crying “What’s wrong?” mom ask nervously “Go look for yourself” Lilly says scared. Mom walks over to the bathroom and screams “Oh My God officers come look hurry”. The police quickly rush over and see that someone has been in here other than them “Okay you guys let’s go” “Where are we going now” they ask scared for their lives “Don’t worry we’re here to protect you but right now it seems to me someone is watching you guys other than us so we’ll have to escort you guys to a different facility. That’ll be more protected than this” 

They started to walk out the house and they heard a sound coming from the tree. So the police officer walked over and Mr. Thompson jumped down from the tree and attacked him “Get my gun Hurry!!” he said. Mom rushed over and grabbed the gun “What do I do?” “SHOOT HIM SHOOT HIM” he said. Mom was scared, 3 seconds later the gun shot fire 2 times and he was free “Thank you….you saved my life”. 

In releaf mom and the girls busted out crying “Mom is this it? We’re safe now?” emotionally said lilly “Yes honey we’re safe and now we can go home. Sirens is all you hear while they drive up to take away the body “Ready to go home babies” “Yes mom” the girls said. Mom picks up her kids and gets in the police car to go home “I’m glad to have my girls back” they all fall asleep.

When all this was over they returned to their regular lives and every since this issue mom and the girls all became more closer than they ever thought. They all hated mom but after years of not seeing her and experiencing this issue they finally figured that everything they heard about mom it wasn’t true she did care they ended up staying with her and dropping all their hate towards her.
