HOW IT ALL STARTED

It was a dark and cold winters night . Maybe with a few droplets of water  tip tapping on the window pane made with crystal glass.

Alesia could hear nothing but a flashback of her once alive father who used to encourage her and would accept anything that would come along including sadness, and anger . He could bear anything except for his daughters pain.

However this story isn't as pleasing as you think it is. I had mentioned in the previous lines that it was a flashback and thus we can derive that Alesia's father was no more.

Her mother already bid her farewell five years back and now it was her dad's turn. Even the sunniest, and prettiest day was like the dullest.

Alesia had recently been to a lawyer concerning  her future. The lawyer was  said to be her great grandfather's relative. He was looking for a place, perhaps a home in which Alesia could live in.

At half past six her classic telephone of her once alive  father rang. It was the lawyer. He had good news but it was still unpleasant for Alesia.

She had to now live with a lady called Ms.Pegoty who she never knew.It was later claimed that the lady who she was going to, had some affairs with her father. It could be concluded that Ms.Pegoty was her step mother.

She was taken by the lawyer to the beautiful and big house of that lady. The owner had a sense of hygiene and cleanliness and the lawyer asked Alesia to behave well.

Oh! What clothes she wore!!!!!! And how pretty she was!!!!! Alesia was satisfied. However deep inside Ms.Pegoty  was a cruel woman .

FIRST DAY OF MISERY

The first day she treated Alesia well. She gave her food perhaps a feast!!!!!!!!!!!and a number of different cuisines she could have never imagined exists !!!!!

Later that day Alesia found out that the lady had two daughters. They were known as the 'PLUMS' . I guess compared to their body shape/size, and the amount of food that they could eat they were no less than two big plums !!!!!!

I made sure this thought remained a secret deep in  my heart and was not published even by mistake.

I had a beautiful and comfortable bed to sleep on and a big wardrobe to keep my luggage in .

The next morning when Alesia woke up she could not find Ms.Pegoty

She called out ......."mother" "mother"  but no one replied and there was no sign of Ms. Pegoty.

She then looked at the tall designer fridge ahead of her and saw a note stuck to it.

It said ...................

Dear   child your good days are over. I have assigned you to do the chores listed below

.   All the cooking

.    Dishes

.     House cleaning

I will return at six in the evening . These chores  should be finished by then .

The plums find it hard to open the door so you are in charge of that too .

Make sure you give food to the plums!!!

Ms Pegoty
