Dominick Edward Andrew Timothy Hinsley or DEATH you're under arrest for 3 charges of the 3rd d, egree man slaughter of Dorris Enders , Alfred Thompson, and Harriet Halstar which you have been found guilty of by the Honorable Judge Henders of the Supreme Court of The United Kingdom. (Dominick  speaks now) " But alls i ever did was steal apples from the corna store!" (5 hours earlier in court)  (Dominick's Lawyer 

Anneliese Weston speaks now) " My client,though the odds are against him, there is one major piece of evidence [that the court doesn't have] which puts the odds in his favor and supports the fact that he did not commit this triple homicide , he was never seen by any   Security cameras, bystanders, or guards at the crime scenes at the time of each homicide." " So, Members of the court, the grand jury , and most honorable Judge Henders,would it be lawful and just to imprison a man for twenty years to life when the only crime he had ever committed [petty theft]should only get him 6 mounts in jail,  a maximum fine of €2,576.81, and 5 years on probation."

(The members of the grand jury start talking over each other) 

(The Honorable Judge Henders speaks now) " Order! Order! Order in the court!" , "Has the jury come to a decision?" (A member of the grand jury stands up and speaks now) " Yes, Honorable Judge Henders we have" " The defendant Dominick Edward Andrew Timothy Hinsley  is Guilty of the third degree man slaughter of Dorris Enders , Alfred Thompson, and Harriet Halstar." (Judge Handers speaks again) "Mr.Hinsley

At the age of 20 on September twenty sixth in the year nineteen hundred and twenty five you are sentenced to 20 years of imprisonment and a hearing after 10 years of your sentence in which the grand jury, my self, and the court will decide weather to release you back into society or if you are to be hung for your crimes." 

(Later that day)

(A police officer pushes Dominick into his cell and then speaks) " here's ya cell and ya cell mate you piece of societal trash." ( Dominick after being pushed by the officer stumbles and falls into his cell after which the officer slams and locks the cell) ( Dominick's cell mate Daisy Eloise Addison Taylor Hanby of Australia speaks now) " Greetings my name is Daisy Eloise Addison Taylor Hanby what is your name ?" (Dominick speaks now) "Dominick E.A.T. Hinsley." 

(Daisy speaks now) "And may I ask why you are in jail?" (Dominick reply's) " I was unfairly accused of committing three charges of third degree man slaughter, whata 'bout you?

(Daisy answers in a  surprised manner with a "what are the odds " look on her face) " that's an unexpected Coincidence that is exactly how I got here and interestingly enough I also didn't commit the murders I was convicted of, but I was convicted to years ago. (Dominick speaks ) " what was ya sentence?" (Daisy responds) " 20 years (Dominick chimes in) 

of imprisonment and a hearing after 10 years of my [your] sentence in which the grand jury, honorable Judge Henders , and the court will decide weather to release me [you] back into society or if I [you] am [are] to be hung for my [your]crimes." 

(Only Daisy speaks) "how did you know my sentence, were in a part of the grand jury or the court?" (Dominick speaks) " No, Honorable Judge Henders gave me the exact same sentence this morning in court." (Daisy speaks) "Wait, by any chance did the names of your ^victims^ and the criminal name that  Judge Henders said you went by the acronym D.E.A.T.H?"

(Dominick speaks) "Yes, he did."

(Dominick and Daisy say with surprise) "We were framed..."(police officer interrupts and speaks) " ay, 

societal trash, your lawya is here to see ya."(officer says something under his breath) " heaven knows why she still          

wants to deal with you" (Dominick and the police officer walk to the carefully surveyed convict visitation room) (Dominick sits down) (Dominik's Lawyer Anneliese Weston speaks) "I found surveillance footage from the nights of each homicide that not only proves your innocence but puts the [not so] Honorable Judge Henders in a spot where he will most definitely be impeached , imprisoned legally removed or resigns from his appointment as Honorable Supreme Court Judge." (Dominick speaks)

" So, Whatcha sayin' is the judge was the one who committed the crimes I was blamed for but he's not doin' the time?" (Ms. Weston speaks) "Yes, and I have recorded evidence of it on my phone, because I went [legally] under cover ,acted as a new recruit ,and sat in on his mob meetings." (Dominick speaks with supersize and terror in his voice) " The Honorable Judge Henders a mob boss,what mob is he the boss of?!?" 

(Ms. Weston speaks) " He is the boss of the Frutusi Mob,and he's known for murdering mob members who leak information to law enforcement of any kind" "So he dumps the bodies of his victims on the streets in front of unsuspecting citizens such as you or your cell mate Daisy ,and creates an overwhelming amount of evidence against the citizens that he blames ,so the crime is not investigated too much."

(Dominick speaks) " That's why so much false evidence was said in court and why nobody believed me and yous" (Ms.Weston speaks now) "Precisely" "Now,I must speak with your cell mate" [Ms. Weston presses the button on the table witch is a speaker and asks the police officer if he could bring in Dominicks cell mate,Daisy] [Dominick leaves as Daisy enters] 

 [Dominick sitting a the small, rusty, old , wall mounted desk in his cell] [paper rustles and flips] [dominick starts writing a letter to his mom] 

{ 10 minutes later }

(Daisy speaks now) "It is hard to believe that  I've been in jail for two years for the judges crimes"(Daisy is worried now) " Do I have wait 8 years to prove my self innocent in court?"
