·        Step 8: For authentication purposes type your registered Verizon username along with the current password in fields provided.

·        Step 9: Navigate to the “More Settings” section and select the tab that reads "Outgoing Servers".

·        Step 10: You will have to use your cursor to put a checkmark against the box that reads “My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication.”

·        Step 11: Once the option is marked click "Advanced" tab and enter the information given below.

·        Step 12: Port settings: Incoming Server (POP3): IMAP-993-SSL

·        Step 13: Port settings: Outgoing Server (SMTP): SMTP-465-SSL

·        Step 14: Carefully review all the information you entered, especially in the server settings fields, and click ‘Finish’ to confirm the changes.
