It was a lovely Christmas morning with me Lola and My twin sister Lana. We were both six at the time and were as excited as ever to go down the stairs to the Christmas tree. We weren't broke or pore but had little money so getting very few presents wasn't uncommon. Small amount of presents or not I was supposed to find only three presents on my side and five on Lanas side. For this I got mad at Lana. After we opened up all our presents we went up stairs to play with them. Still being angry at Lana I gave her my angry face the whole way to our room, but she didn't seem to notice. Upstairs In our bedroom Lana was playing with here new dump truck that came with brown foam in a replacement to dirt. She was on her knees playing with her dump truck when I came up to her and said "so you got two more presents than me Huh?". "Yeah, but doesn't matter" Lana said. Then I made the decision I still regret to this day, I started a fight with her. I pushed her back and she responded "why did you do that?" "You got two more presents than me! I responded. "It doesn't matter!" Lana said. She then got up and we started to push and punch each other. Knowing that I was losing I made another decision I regret more, I grad the scissor and stabbed her arm. I just wanted to give her a small cut so she would back off, but it did much more. It stabbed her stain on and went through her skin cutting her veins open. She then fell to the floor and I said "Lana?". I called mom and dad and they came in a rush and immetianly called 911. Lana was rushed to the hospital and survived the way their and got stitch up. Lana though had to stay in the hospital. We tried to visit her as much as we could. The times we visited her she would always ask if she could come home for the nearest holiday. Unfortunately she had to stay at the hospital so she couldn't come home. One day when we came to visit, Lana wasn't breathing, didn't have a pulse, eyes didn't open. The doctor came in the tell us the Lana had died and blood wasn't flowing through her body. On this day I realized I should of listened to Lana and I should of known that we should be happy for family and friends, not angry and jealous. A few months Later on the Christmas One year after I cut Lana I came and Kneeled on Lanas grave saying "Merry Christmas Sis".
