I'm on my way to school now. I woke up 6.00am today just because I needed to shower in morning cause I forgot to shower last night.

I open my bathroom door and looked for my phone I don't know where I put it just because I was running around all morning looking for stuff to school .

Just when I about to give up and ask mom if she can call my phone for me . My phone stared to ring and I went out the bathroom to see where the ringtone was coming from.I found my phone under my bed I don't know even how I ended up being there. I just shake my head and stared to chuckle at myself.

"Amani get yo ass down them stairs right now acting you got all the time you need ,don't forget I'm the one driving "yells rahkeem annoying ass thru the phone.

I'm coming I yelled ending the call while rushing to get my backpack , and took one last look in the mirror and put on my hat .

I went down the stairs and found rahkeem not even ready to get out the house he's still in his pj eating cereal.

How can he talk about the time I'm taking while he's not even ready him self .

I walked pass him and opened the fridge and took out some orange juice and sat on the chair next to him while going thru some snapchat story's.

"You need to stop eating all time you're to fat , that damn dancing classes ain't helping your fat ass " said rahkeem while chucking.

I just looked at him and didn't say a word ,Mom is at work right now usually she would be the one who takes me to school .

I just hope one day he says something nice to me but no !he Always need to comment like everybody else . He got up from the chair and put the bowl in the kitchen sink and walked his way over to the door. I followed his lead and took the house keys on the way .

I got in the car and sat a the passenger side looking out the window the whole car ride minding my business ,while keem is smoking while driving .Couldn't he have waited till I got of the car ? We finally pulled up to my school Rivers high (AN i just made up the name don't know if it's true or not ) I got out of the car and stared to walk my way in to the school .

The hall was full of kids yelling running around as usual I kept on walking until I got to my locker 1981.

I opened my locker and put some books in to the locker so my book bag don't get to heavy. When I was done I looked at my schedule and I have mrs Morgan class . She is my English teacher ,she's probably one of my favorite teachers in the school . I finally made my way to her classroom . When I walked in everybody was talking to each other cause mrs Morgan is not here yet . I walked my way over and sat next to a girl named Stacy , we don't talk that much but I'm cool with her

" Hi Amani " Stacy said while smiling at me.

Hi Stacy I said while giving her a small smile.

I just got on my phone so she don't start talk to me .Believe me she's nice but I don't want to start a conversation with her , cause that will only get her thinking that we are friends but no ! .Girls these days in general are just to much to Handel . I got on my instagram and saw I had so many notifications. I'm kind of famous on ig cause of my dancing skills.

Just when I was about to check my dm's miss Hilary call me .

"Hi Amani I just wanted to tell some good news "said miss Hilary i could tell by her voicel that she was smiling.

"Hi miss Hilary "i smiled as id she could see me.

"I can't tell you this over the phone just because somebody might hear us I'm just gonna send you a text message " she told me.

Why didn't she do it from the start I thaught to myself.

" alright "I told her and hung up.

I was sitting at lunch all by myself as usual cause i don't really associate with people in this school. I had my peace until zoe decided to be annoying like always.

I just ignored her while playing candy crush on my phone surprisingly is really entertaining.

" Why don't u come and sit with us Amani " zoe said with a smirk. she looked back at her friends

"Mmh  I said shaking my head what do you want zoe ?" I asked her all of a sudden u want me to sit with you guys "

nah thanks i said rolling my eyes turning away form them and their bs ." That is just so rude uggh" she scoffed "we tried to be nice to you Said one of her friends". Just beacuse beyonce follows u on the gram dont mean shit!why are you trying to switch up right now ? Zoe asked 

I got up from my chair and stood in front of her and told her " um slow your roll, first off all we never been friends and theres nothing to switch up on. 

Your make up already done it for you boo I did smirking at her . "And i don't even know what the hell you're talking about, why do you always try to be in my business i clearly don't like you ! and don't want you in my business"

bye i sad dissmissing her.By the time we was finished at least when i was. people where staring at us.

I walked pass zoe and her crew giving them a stank look. Just when i was about to go to the restroom, my phone started to ring

Unknown caller ID popped up on my screen, just when i was about to decline it , i remembered Beyoncé was suppose to call me. i push the green button, and put the phone against my ear while saying hello?!

Beyoncé : Hey Amani , this is beyonce she said while laughing a bit. I was just checking if you could come to my office today, My team, the dancers,the stylish , road mangers, was about to have a meeting at 4.00 and we where wondering if you could come by today.

Moon: You can call me Moon, yup i can come by today i said popping the p.

Beyonce: great thats great and thank you moon! for saying yes to this offer , i needed 30 dancers but i only had 29, and it's really hard for me to take time for the auditions with my busy schedule, and i wouldn't want nobody choosing my dancers. This means a lot thanks 😘

Moon: you welcome but, i don't really have a ride to take me to your office,i said laughing with a hint of embarrassment.

Beyonce: it's okay i can tell jay to pick u up he's on his way to my office .if its not uncomfterble for you she asked kindly.

Moon: No it's okay and thank you!. What time is he coming to pick me up?.

After the call ended i went to my locker 1981 ( yall see what i did there)

and look at my schedule it said art class. i went passed the hallway and just when i was about to open mrs green classroom door, guess who decided to shoulder bump me. Miss zoe herself. i just brushed passed her and walked into the classroom.

I went and took a set at the front as usal. I played candy crush until miss green came.

" Guys can i get your attetion please miss green said but the students keep talking.

" Okay everybody be quit she yelled. everybody heads turn to her direction.

"Good ! now, i have someting important to tell you guys, im so exited she said while jumping up and down

" god lee what? is it that got you jumping up and down" demarcus said interrupting miss green with a nasty attudie.

Demarcus is the class clown, he thinks he's funny but he's not, the only reason everybody laugh at his jokes is because he's the quaret back in the school football team THE TIGERS 🐯

" you would already know if you didn't cut me off marcus! said miss green with her eyebrowns raiesd in agreedmeent.

" okay this project will effect 90 % of your grades. your doing a self portrait of your future , where do you wanna be in about 10 years "

Everybody burst out laughing at chris goofey ass, even me!.

I just stared on my paperwork . i was supposed to turn in today, it's for home economics. I forgot to do it last night cause Rahkeem  annoying ass got drunk last night and i had to take care of him cause mom was working both shifts at walmart. 

I know its not the best job! but hey! A job is a job right ?!.

"Ughhh" i said huffing out loud the PE lesson was hell.

Im so happy im finally done for today.

I went to my locker and got all of my stuff out.i pulled my phone out of my pocket. And called jay.

" Sup who is it? he asked with a heavy new york accent.

" umm it's Amani, bey told me you where gonna pick me up, and take me to her office for the meeting" i said with a nervous chuckle.

" Ohh yeah my mad Amani i almost forgot what time do you get out? "jay asked.

" I already finished my last lesson" i told him.

" Aight im on my way, It's Brooklyn High right? he asked.

" Yup it's Brooklyn high" said

I ended the pone call. Shawn said he was here in 5. So got my stuff ready and went outside. And waited for him to pull up. It was crowed outside, like always.

I Saw a black escalade pull up , i knew it was jay car, cause nobody in this school parents got that kind off money. The kids that where in their classrooms was looking out their window to see who it is.

I walked my way over to the escalade. i heard everybody whispering stuff about me, Like i said , no one balls like this here in brooklyn unless your some type of drug lord. This was the first time i enjoyed the attention, everybody was giving me cause usally i hate being watch. Julius beyonce body gaurd opend the door for me.Eveybody gasped cause they recondised julius , who doesn't . I can see his peaunt headed ass a mile away.

I got in the car it was so akward cause i saw people i knew but at the same time didn't. It was Ms tina, Solange, Blue, Julez, Jay,Beyonce.

"Hi i said with a shy smile

" Hi cutie What's your name,i belive beyonce mom asked.

" My name is Amani but i prefer to be called Mani or Moon my middel name.

" Sorry for making your first time akward. My mom and sisters surprised me i didn't know they where coming" beyonce said with a angelic smile.

" Nah its okay, I just want to say thanks for the ride and the offer , Dance have always been  a thing i loved , ever since I was a little girl , my dad was the one that got me into dancing.I got sad thinking about my daddy .

 “Why a sad face sweetheart? “miss tina asked with a  concerd look.

I just sat there thinking about it!. It would be nice to get some weight off my shoulder

But at the same time, i got currios what would happen if i told them?

Would they sent me away to a foster home or something.

I just shooked my head i couldint tell the not right now at least.

If i told them about the real reason my dad went away, they woudint look at me the same way. They would turn their backs at me and just feel sorry for me!.

And i dont need it right now, the things that i went thru in the past

was something i earnd.

Thats why my moms family and my dads family dont contact us no more beacuse of ME!!

I was so stupid nobody would of belived in me if i told them it wasint me that did after i told them , the real story.

You guys probobly just thought i was a girl that is really good at dancing have almost the perfect life except she dosen’t like her stepfather. Her daddy died when she was 8.

But no! its acctuly deeper than that. The scars i have on my back is a story i havent told. The demons i  had to fight in past is a story. 

A story that i don’t think i’m quiet ready to tell. It’s been almost 8 years seens it happen 

almost eight years since i’ve seen him. He was the most loving person ever i remeber those days when we could acctuly look into each other  without any guilt and sorrow. Everytime he came by my neighborhood people would look up to him. I remember those days when i did too. 

But it all went away in seconds.

I remember the last things he told me.

“ When people you love and trust turn their back against you, don’t just sit there and cry, make sure they go to the right path, so you don’t have to see them suffer anymore being with you ” .

Another thing he told me was “ There are things you’d love to hear …… That you will never hear from the person whom you’d like to hear them from. But don’t be so deaf as not to hear it from the ones who says it from the heart.
