I was grounded from reading in elementary school, because I wouldn't put the books down long enough to practice my multiplication tables. Later, my poem about tomatoes was published in the local paper. It seems destiny had me pegged for literature all along.
After spending all of my life trying to perfectly follow the rules, in 2016, I realized I was anything but happy. A relentless seeker of solutions, I booked a 1-way flight to Europe, quit my job, and spent 6 months living out of a backpack. Along the way, I found my preconceived notions of happiness flaking away to reveal the true foundations of happiness and meaning. In 2017 I teamed up with the Authentic-Happiness Project to share those messages with others in the book 360 Living.
I now live in Paris, where I continue building my own version of the good life and inspiring others to do the same. And enjoying plenty of espresso and croissants, of course.
