We use BIM while doing projects 

In the design we use all modern technologies available today, including BIM technologies - the creation of an integrated three-dimensional object model of a building. We design all types of facilities. The main benefit of BIM design is optimization of the construction process, elimination of collisions, errors and discrepancies between various parts of the project documentation, management and control of the schedule of work, the expenditure of funds and materials.

3D visualization via BIM

BIM includes a 3D model of all structures, including architectural and engineering systems of a building, and this model contains information about each of its elements - a column, beam, duct or equipment. As project being executed by our 3d bim services, our specialists obtaining a model of buildings and eliminates the presence of errors at the stage of the construction process. Information can be any - material, mass, power, length, thermal conductivity or aerodynamic resistance. These parameters are used in model calculations - from the accurate calculation of concrete volumes to the hydraulic calculation of the heating system.
