The city of Kingston has always been notorious for its gang life. Just like Chicago in the 20s, Kingston is the city of now. Jamie Redding is a name that is able to shake fear in anybody. That was until he disappeared off the grid for three years. Many thought he had been killed and dumped in the local river, others thought he went crazy with the power and ran away with millions. The truth however, is not as easy, simple or nice as that.
