Pieces Of Me

Some of these poems are sweet and some of these poems are rough the poems that were rough were written at hard times.

A Love Song

 Roses are red

Violets are blue,

Smoothies are sweet

And so are you

I will start over in case it's hard to understand

You are the one I want in my band

When I think of you , the sun shines bright

There is never a rainy day in sight

The birds are singing

The bells are ringing

Never a sad day to be seen

I hope you understand what I mean

Then I go back to the first part of my song

I'm sure you're ready to sing along

Roses are red

Violets are blue

Smoothies are my favorite

And so are you

Don't you dare

Don't you dare try to corrupt me

I am blunt as can be

I know I'm not free

Like a bird

But I don't care

But don't you dare try to cross me

Because I will come at you a hundred times worse

But you know it's not fair to do so to anyone

Don't lie to me

Because I am the type of person who holds a grudge

Don't try to change me

Because you will die trying

If you don't like it you can walk away

I don't steal hearts

Hey this is the queen of hearts

I don't steal hearts because I be busy eating tarts

Everyone trying to find out what love is

And why it exists ?

There's More to Me

I'm not just the girl that you see who is always in a book

I'm not the girl that only cares about looks

I'm the girl who believes in love

I'm not going to hide in a cove

And pretend to be someone I'm not

I'm the girl who speaks her mind

I'm not going to hold back

I am one of a kind

I don't play tricks

Don't you know I've changed

What you gonna do

You know I'm not a fool

But you act like a tool

Don't you know that I've changed

Like the rain

I have a plan

And you aren't in it

To see the world

To be the pearl

In someone eyes

That's what I want

Don't you know I've changed

I've prayed

And i'ved moved on
