The Golden Labyrinth (Part 2)

This episode starts with a recap of the previous episode: Indy is contacted by a famous archaeologist, discovers the labyrinth of the Minotaur, finds the golden fleece, but it then betrayed.

The screen cuts to black, and the intro is played.

We then come back to where we left off.

"Victor?", asks Indy in shock, "You're world famous. Why would you do this?"

"Think, Dr. Jones.", says Victor, smiling, "Do you really think I would tell you to get the fleece for me if I was a world famous archaeologist?"

He motions to the soldiers behind him, who aim their guns at Indy's head.

"Now hand over that fleece!", he exclaims.

"Fine.", says Indy. He hands Victor the fleece regretfully.

"Now, Dr. Jones, you will see what happens to those who will question my rule!", says Victor.

"Rule?", asks Indy, "You think the people of Greece will follow you just because of this old image of power?"

"Oh, yes.", says Victor, "If they see that I have it, they will have no choice. Then I will be free to use this country's military to destroy the rest of the world!"

"Kill them!", exclaims Victor. The soldiers get ready to fire, and Victor walks away quietly. However, Indy pulls out his whip and grabs their guns away.

Victor gets in his limousine and motions for the driver to get moving. Indy watches from afar as Victor escapes, but it is too late to follow him. Indy and Shorty stand their ground, but the fight was just beginning.

The screen then cuts to Victor standing in the Greece town square. Hundreds of people watch him as he holds up the golden fleece. They all gasp in shock at the sight of the artifact in his hands.

"You all must kneel before the rule of Victor Alzure!", shouts Victor. Most of the crowd slowly bows, but a small group remains standing. "Why do you question my leadership?", asks Victor angrily. He motions towards his guards, who take the small group away.

"Now we shall be the greatest and only nation to rule this Earth. Gather all of your weapons and prepare the military!", exclaims Victor, "Our time has come!"

The crowd spreads apart, and some men run over to sign up for the military.

Meanwhile, Indy and Shorty have escaped the soldiers that faced them before. They make a long trek towards the center of the country, but the area was empty.

"Ah, Dr. Jones!", exclaims Victor, "It seems you have bested my men. You would have made a perfect soldier for my army!"

"Your army?", exclaims Indy in anger, "You truly are mistaken."

"Oh, I know.", says Victor, "But it's too late anyway! My soldiers are already preparing to board a plane now heading straight for Washington DC!"

"No!", exclaims Indy in anger, "I won't let that happen!"

"You'll never make it.", exclaims Victor, "I will hold you back!"

"Fine by me!", says Indy.

Indy throws the first punch at Victor, who removes his shirt. Victor hits back with more force, knocking Indy to the ground. Indy dodges as Victor prepares to deliver another blow.

After a sequence of fighting, Indy falls to the ground, defeated. Victor pulls out a gun and prepares to deliver a fatal shot, when he is suddenly wrestled to the ground. The camera pans to reveal the small group of protesters to refused to kneel.

Indy thanks them and grabs Shorty by the hand. They reach the airport where the military plane is taking off. Indy grabs his whip and lassos the bottom wheel. He holds on as the plane goes higher into the air.

He pulls himself up and opens the plane door, where multiple soldiers greet him. A huge fight ensues, but Indy manages to reach the cockpit of the plane. He knocks out the pilot and crashes the plane into the ocean.

An American warship arrives and retrieves all of the soldiers. They are returned to Greece, where they are arrested by the government.

The golden fleece is put in a Greek museum.

Indy and Shorty stand outside of the museum and look into the sunrise as the camera fades to black.
