Sleeplessly Perfect

Sleeplessly perfect

There's a girl two doors down from my room

Who sleeps as though nights are a gloom

She's happiest when morning appears rather speedy

Calls out in her sleep and seems rather needy

But all of this comes as part of the role

She's my daughter and she ignites my soul

The beauty expressed in her indented smile

Makes this beautiful world even more worthwhile
