Accidental Love Story

Introduction

So different that Kyle and Lily were, so similar they were in interests and dreams. They developed an unusual bond. No one would have foreseen, not ever in their entire lifetime that these two individuals became one. That's the beauty of love, you never know who you will love and how you will. It just suddenly has you tightly wrapped inside with a slight chance of getting out. Just remember... never take anything for granted that you might lose in an instant.

To Lily, life was nothing but a big fat joke. A joke so stupid and pathetic that you would look at yourself and laugh into infinity. She had spent most her life on her own, with both her parents passed away when she was only 5. Thankfully she had a wealthy uncle who had taken her in but mostly left her to herself. He was never home; not longer than three days and he was off to god knows where, as his job pretty much consisted of only one thing... traveling. He did that quite a lot, she did not mind though, as it brought money into her pocket. She spent most days by herself and her heart was locked tightly away from the world. God forbid she would ever show it to anyone.

Kyle on the other hand, loved his life. Well... at least some parts of it. He lived happily with his mother and little sister Jayla. He didn't have much, but he had enough. His dad died when Jayla was 6 months old, he had suffered from leukemia through a longer period and in the end his heart was too weak to fight any longer. Kyle often thought about his dad and the times he had been lucky to have with him. Jayla on the other hand did not remember anything about her dad and often Kyle would tell her something about him so that she would not forget. Kyle had his head on the right track and his heart followed not too far behind. Everything he did, he did because he cared, because he wanted to. He took each day as an opportunity to learn something new and to discover things he had not seen yet.
