Before we start our story let me tell you about the main character David lee Chance 

David Lee Chance was born and April 3rd 1997

At 16:34 in London Hospital 

He weighed roughly about 6 pound and had the cutest nose before he was born his mum and dad were in a tragic car accident which caused his Dads Death and his mum to give birth to him and develop Long Term Memory Loss Shortly after he was born his mother woke up and said to the doctors she nevered wanted the baby so  she gave them to a lovely couple called Louise and Gary and they moved to America to raise him and even now David never knew what happened he thought his parents died and Louise and Gary were his real parents only until the social worker Arthur said his biological mother was still alive so when he meets her he has some serious questions to ask but how will he get them out of her because of her Long Term Memory Loss !!!

 Have you ever wondered what life would be like if you had a long lost son well this is a story about a woman named Claire Higgins(Who has Long Term Memory Loss) that discovers she has a long lost son named David but Is this about to turn her life around completely. This story starts at home with Claire and her  two 

children Billy and Sarah on their last day at school before the summer holidays, 

“Billy Sarah your going to be 

late shouted Claire from the top of her voice” 

“We’re Coming shouted The two kids ”

So when they came downstairs they kissed their 

mother goodbye and went to school. Shortly after they left Claire recieved a phone call from social services

“All right I’m coming 

She picked up the phone and answered 

“Hello

“Oh hi there are you  Claire Higgins

“Yes I am why 

“Well we have to some news for you 

“What News

“ We Think we might have found your Son David In Los Angeles in America”

“Oh Really is this some kind of twisted joke

“ No it’s Not You really do have a son and to prove it we have booked you and your 2 Kids a holiday to Los Angeles so and you can meet him

“Ok if he is real then how old is he 

“About 21 

“Sorry I Can’t remember him because I suffer from Long Term Memory Loss  and I don’t remember the birth Either 

“ Please come David is really looking forward to seeing his mum 

“Ah Really

“Yes he  is”

“And Why shall I Come”

Cause the hoilday is free and you get to spend 2 weeks in one of the best cities ever

“Look No offence’ What’s your name” 

“Arthur “

Right Arthur Los Angeles is a rubbish place and I would never want to go there 

“Pleasseeeee”

“Ok I’ll Do It”

“ That’s Great I’ll tell him your coming tomorrow” 

“Wait Can you tell me more about him

Before Claire Could ask about her long lost son the Arthur put the phone down
