This is a story of my sister. Her name is not really Diane it's just shortened for her real name

None of the names that you see in the story are the names of the people they are truly based on. 

Diane is mostly going to be from my point of view. I'm Carol I'm Diane's sister.

     Some time ago john and Diane have been friends for some time. One day John decided to give Diane a flower with a little note attached to it reading " Would you like to be my girlfriend." Diane said yes. At this time Diane was a senior in highschool while John was a junior. John was the first boyfriend Diane has ever presented to the whole family.

   John and Diane lasted almost 3 years together. On one particular vacation that Diane took with John's family to South Carolina something went wrong.

    After the vacation with John's family they came back to Miami. 

I started to notice that John hasn't been coming to the house like he use to and Diane is not going to his house like before. I noticed something strange was happening in the relationship of Diane and John.

I told my mom about it and she had no  idea what was going on.

My mom was really getting worried by the fact that Diane and John where not talking anymore.

 Jacky asked Diane numerous times what had happened but Diane always said that everything was fine.

Jacky decided to talk to Julie to ask what was happening to Diane.

Julie had told jacky about how Diane and John broke up after the trip. Jacky also took the chance to ask Julie if she knew why they broke up but Julie had no idea. 

I remember being in the car and hearing my mom talk to John's mother to ask her if she knew about the breakup. Jacky and John's mom talked about the breakup for about 15 minutes. My mom confessed why she didn't want to see them breakup. Before Diane met John, Diane wanted to be a lesbian but my Jacky didn't want that because she knew that her family would never accept her daughter, when Diane came home that night saying she had a boyfriend Jacky was filled with joy because she would never have to tell her family about it.

After 15 minutes in the car with my mom she ended the call and we went back to our apartment with my mom's eyes red because she was crying telling that story. Getting close to the apartment we see that Diane opened the door. She was about to come look for us and she asked me, "why did you take so long to get home" I told her that we got home about 15 minutes ago and we were in the car. Diane immediately know that we stayed in the car because my mom was talking on the phone and she asked me "who was our mom on the phone with?" I just told her that she was in the phone with a family member because I knew that she didn't want to tell us about the breakup so my mom and I decided to let her tell us when she was ready.
