Welcome, everyone. This is a story about a girl who loved a guy more than life itself. But he never saw how much she loved him, not till she left.

"OMG Priya!! It is the first day of year 9," yells Emma as she runs and jumps on me. I grinned at her. Behind Emma, my other friends, Anna, Elena and Delilah followed. "So good to see you guys again, it's been ages," I said to all of them. Anna simply did a weird smile at me and I laugh. We all began talking for 10 minutes, before:

"DINGDING"

Delilah goes, "Guys c'mon, we need to find our lockers. Hurry up." We follow her to our new locker bay and attempt to find our locker number without being squished by 300 other yr 9 students. Luckily we were all near each other and began bickering about locker numbers. Not long after we put our things away, the 2nd bell rings telling us to head to our form rooms. Anna, Elena and Emma were in the same home room, while Delilah and I were in different rooms. 

Anna, Elena, Emma and I had our form rooms near each other because of our form numbers. We continued talking about our summer holiday, it was only February, so the summer heat was still here. 

At the corner of my I see a familiar figure. I try to ignore it, but something makes me turn. And to this day I wish I never looked back. It was him. I had forgotten about him for over 2 yrs and here he is, strutting back into my life like he owns it. 

His name was Daniel, and I broke my heart loving him when he never loved me.
