1.Share the Closet

"Ouch!" Exclaimed I, "Stay on your own hanger." "Sorry Coat, but there's no more room on my hanger," Said Jacket.I yelled angrily,"well then go find another hanger." Jacket sighed and swung to another hanger. It was very crowed in the closet with so many neighbors in such a small area. With Coat, Jacket, Scarf, Hat, and many more, it was a very greedy closet. It felt like being trapped in a box unable to be freed unless their owner came and wore them. When Jacket left, I put a note up on my hanger saying, 'Coat's Hanger!' No one ever dared take My Hanger when there's a note on it. I met Scarf on my way to the cubbies for my morning coffee.Scarf was the wisest and most caring piece of clothing of them all, everybody respected him. Although his old age, he had beautiful colors of red, white, and blue which kinda made all us coats feel our green color was a little drab. "Hey Coat," said Scarf politely. I managed  to let out a small hi under my breath.Scarf must have noticed I was alittle grumpy cause he came back and rested beside me in the 'Coffee Cubby'."Is something wrong?" He asked. "No,I'm fine," I answered with a snap. "Oh,cmon, he said, you can tell ol' Scarf, what's wrong." I sighed and finally told him how much I hated this closet and how everybody is always trying to steal my hanger and that I wished everybody would go away and leave him alone. Scarf thought for a few moments while I breathed heavily from talking non stop."Do you see Hat over there?"he asked, " what is he doing?. I answered saying, "He's sharing his hanger with M. S.(Mink Stole). "Yep," he said, "now look over here, what's Jacket doing?" He's sharing his hanger with C. J. (Carhart Jacket)," I answered feeling alittle guilty. I then realized that Scarf was trying to show me that I needed to share my hanger like Hat and Jacket did. I thanked Scarf for the talk and rushed back to my hanger and invited anyone over to my hanger. I made sure to apologize to Jacket also, and from that time on, the closet seemed expecially roomy.

2. Wishy Washy

"Finish your socks Washy," Said Mama Dryer. "Okay," I said. I hated socks, just as much as humans hate Brussels sprouts. Me as a washer was supposed to wash everything so Mama dryer could dry them, but how I hated those dirty socks. Mama Dryer always told me that I shouldn't wash to many jeans at a time or it will give me a stomach ache, though those were my favorite to wash."Now Washy, Mama Dryer said, you listen to your Uncle L.B while I'm gone at the Dryer Fixing Shop, and be sure to only wash 3 jeans at a time. "Yes Mama Dryer," I said rolling my on/off button. She waved goodbye as our owners put her in the back of a truck and drove away."So Washy, asked L.B.What do you want to do?" "I don't know," I answered,"Probably just wash some clothes." "Ok, then I'm gonna take a nap, he said, "Now remember what mama Dryer told you. "Only wash 3 jeans at a time," we said together. "Right, he said, Well, have fun washing. "Okey dokey" I said. The next hour I just washed and washed and washed and Washed. finally I finished all the clothes except for the jeans, which I always saved for last because they were my favorite. I stuck 3 jeans in and saw 8 jeans still lying in the basket. "I guess it would hurt anything if I just take a couple more," I said to myself. And with that, I stuck 2 more jeans in my washer. I washed them for 10 minutes feeling happy and suddenly, my washer stopped. I waited for a few minutes thinking it would come right back on. It didn't. I then realized that it was the jeans that caused my washer to stop because I started feeling a little wishy washy in my tummy. I knew I couldn't tell L.B or he would tell Mama Dryer and then I'd be in big trouble. L.B woke up and asked, "Wanna play 'throw the laundry'?" "Sure," I said still feeling sickly. Mama Dryer came home 15 minutes later and asked me why jeans were still on the floor. She must of saw the fear in my buttons cause she asked,"Washy, did you wash more than 3 pairs of jeans like I told you not to?" "Yes," I said tearing up a little bit. "Well, how do you feel?" She asked. "I feel sick," I answered, "And a little guilty, I'm sorry Mama. " I forgive you Washy." She said. And from that moment on, I always listened to Mama Dryer's instructions.

Reason: This story was written to teach kids, teens, or even adults that not listening to instructions can sometimes cause pain.So the next time you want to do anything that someone specifically told you not to, think about this story and how it effected Washy.

3. The Red Bully

"I can't believe I got an F- on my test," yelled the human child. "Your lucky, I said, I almost gave you an H-, I said to myself. As a red pen, I had to make sure that all tests were to get less than a C. I loved to be bad. I was always confused though why everybody hid when I walked by, I always find them. My favorite thing to do,other than marking tests wrong, Is annoying the fellow desk top objects. Just last weak I taped Black up to the wall, and since he's a black pen, he couldn't get out, until Scissor came along and cut him out. Today, I'm gonna get Scissor good, all I need is some glue. "Can I borrow some glue?" I asked BridgePort, Which we nicknamed him from his company he was made. "Lets see, he said with his hands on his chin in a thinking position, No!" "Oh come on BridgePort, I said, why Not?"  "Three reasons: 1.you'll hurt someone, 2. You'll hurt someone, and 3. You'll hurt someone," He said. Those are all the same reasons!" I yelled. "Yep, he said, and their all true, that's why I'm not giving you any of my glue." I hopped away angrily wondering how I'm gonna get scissor back without having glue. I then remembered a time that Scissor took some of BridgePort's glue without asking him. If I remind BridgePort of that moment and tell him the glue is to stick Scissor, maybe I can persuade him to lend me some. I trotted back and said,"BridgePort." He let out a long sigh and asked,"What do you want now Red!" Do you know what the glue would be for if you gave me some?" I asked softly. "No, and I don't really care." He said rudely. Would you give me some glue if I told you it was for Scissor?" I asked with a hoping look. "No," he said. But don't you remember that time Scissor took some of your glue without asking?" "Yes," he said, "But when someone hurts you, you turn the other cheek, and that's what I did with Scissor. I sat down saying under my breath, "How dumb can glue be, when someones mean to you, you should try to get them back." "Hey Red, while you sit there throughout the night, why don't you think about turning how mean you've been to everybody on the Desk. "What do you mean, I asked confused, I'm not staying here all ni-. I tried to get up but I was stuck. "BridgePort!" I yelled at the top of my lungs. "Oops, did I put that glue there, he said with a sassy voice, lets just say I'm following your advice of 'getting someone back when their mean to you'. I sat there all night until stapler came by and pulled me out. From that day on instead of bullying everyone, I helped them, and I always gave the human child a giant C on the page which meant an A+.

Reason: This story was written to teach kids, teens, or even adults that there is always a consequence for bullying and that when someone is mean to you to turn the other cheek. So the next time you want to bully someone or get them back for something they did to you, think about this story how Red ended up stuck after he wanted to bully Scissor.
