While teaching my students doing their management program ,I always asked them to keep a diary .


Register your daily thoughts and observations .


Mind chatters in various directions and everything flies away in the air .


Think on paper .


Write a page and perfect it -


Tell me something about yourself .


This question will keep on coming at various interviews that one faces .


If you have written down your thoughts ,words will flow automatically and you won't be fighting for words .
