Untitled.
Intro .
Hello! my name is Maxwell, but friends and family prefer to call me Max. I'm a rather young writer, if I can even give myself such a title. And I really enjoy to write poetry, I've had many ideas ever since I have started writing back in late January of 2016 but have always had a really rough time getting my works out there. I originally updated my works onto Wattpad, but my friend recommended this site to me and I just found it to be more professional. This book will remain being called Untitled, simply because I don't think I'll ever stop adding to it. Untitled is going to be a book of mine that is going to contain all of my finished poems. And maybe someday I'll gather the courage (and the drive) to write up a short story, or a completed book of poems. I really hope you all enjoy reading, and if you ever have suggestions or questions, I'm always up to looking into them, and answering.
Thank you so much for reading, even if you suffered through the horribly written intro, and don't want to read anymore. I couldn't thank my readers enough for giving me the support I need to continue writing.
I hope you enjoy

( Just a small disclaimer that some poems may be edited after a quick glance before posting/re-posting them on Tablo, and me being me. I decided to number some of my poems instead of titling them. So some poems may be ordered very oddly, for example, one page can have a poem that is titled 07, whilst the page after could be titled 13. I apologize for that, but I am not going to change my titles simply because I feel like they mark my progress, from the earliest the the latest of my works. I'll let you continue reading now, enjoy!)

Though your existence
Is still masked by false interpretations
Through the churn and toil of waves
And the resulting organic contour
That is revealed on the shore
The thought of Him
Being the reason for all of this
Still paces in the mute halls
of our restless heads

There is only work to be done
Equivocators, speak of currency
Only to bring us farther from reward
And once the work is done
And the waiting succumbs
You'll find your earnings
A fateful rest
Sleeping silently within the floor
