Chapter 1

First I labeled every one of my Freezer Bags using a permanent marker. I wrote around the bag todays date, the meal name as well as the instructions for the day Let me make it. (some in the meals will need beef broth added, water added, sour cream added and many others..so I made note within the actual bag what I required to do so I take into account! ) I also notated on my bags if your dish was supposed to be served over rice or even egg noodles etc..

Teriyaki Bird (2 Bags)

Savory Veggie Beef Soup (2 Bags)

Healthy and balanced BBQ Chicken (2 Bags)

Stephanie's Goulash/Beef Stew (2 Bags)

--I made the Balsamic & Onion Grass Roast immediately so MY PARTNER AND I won't include this in the instructions, I will post the recipe end of it. =)

Next...I going CHOPPING VEGETABLES! (It's quite a bit less bad as it appears! )

As I chopped I placed the needed amount in each bag. (I started with All of the onions, then did peppers, and then potatoes...(see below pertaining to instructions).

I lined up most of my freezer bags over the counter and just dumped the best amount of veggies for each recipe in the own bags (see below). I never measure anything so I recently guesstimate!

After I experienced the veggies chopped as well as distributed I tackled that meat...for this round involving freezer cooking I only was required to cook the ground beef with the vegetable soup...the fowl & beef stew meats stay raw.

For the particular ground beef..take (1) cut onion and (2) cut garlic cloves and darkish them together. If you feel super savy you may let the beef brown when you are chopping the veggies! Make cool, instructions below on tips on how to finish.

For the bird, I washed & clipped it and left (4) of the breasts whole (for the teriyaki chicken) as well as other (4) I cut in half just because I felt like it (for the healthy there are many chicken).

I trimmed the meat stew meat of any fat as well as cut it down in smaller cubes.

After placing the meat from the correct bags I put in the spices and other ingredients.

Here is just how it broke down every bag..

Teriyaki Chicken (2 Bags)

Split a substantial bag of Baby Green beans between the 2 luggage

Cut Red Onion into Large Chunks and break between the 2 purses

(1) 20oz can pineapple with each bag (undrained)

(2) Garlic Cloves cut per bag

(2) Chook Breasts in each tote

1/2 cup teriyaki hot sauce recipe in each bag

*Add 1/4 goblet teriyaki sauce to blend. Cook on HIGH with regard to 4 hours or DECREASED for 8 hours. Offer over Rice.

If you might have been wondering which involving my healthy, clean feeding on, gluten-free recipes are beneficial make ahead freezer-friendly mealtime recipes, this is the post to suit your needs! Freezing meals is a great time saver and a sensible way to reduce food waste, BUT it usually is really hard to tell which meals are freezer-friendly in case they are freezable, the simplest way to freeze them pertaining to re-heating.
