Ground Zero

My name is Elle Gilbert I was born to my mother and father, Marleen and Joseph... They had a my sister before me named, Everest and don’t ask why because I have no idea.

It all started on Day 1...

Today... when I started writing this diary the hope is if I die someone will find this book and ring justice to my case. I will go over events for you.

I was having dinner with my friend at her place. I had no phone and was pretty sure my friend wouldn’t let me touch hers so I didn’t ask... I told her I would walk home and text when I got home and back to my phone. So I started if I had addressed her parents they probably would have token me home or would be sensible not to let 14 year old me out at almost midnight but whatever.

Walking was not one of my favourite things and if it was I would walk from her place all the time but I don’t. A black car pulls up and two guys pop out and grab me put a bag over my head and drag me in. Darkness is scary.

This is my story. My life. My 236 days of being missing told to whoever is reading this. To tell my story is brave.
