Once there was no earth, no sky, no water, and no fire… In these times, the world was but only a planet. 4 Gods, searching for a home, came to this planet. They wanted to live here so they took form of wolves. They decided that if they could live here, they would provide their powers to shelter and protect all the creatures of the world. Earth, a green wolf with vines wrapping around her and a flower in her fur, added all the plants to the world for all the land creatures. Water, a blue wolf with fur markings looking like waves, added all the water for sea creatures and for drinking. Sky, a light blue wolf with white spots looking like clouds, created the skies and clouds for all the flying creatures. Lastly, Fire; Fire created the embers of flames, volcanoes, and rivers of lava. Together, all four of these wolves kept peace and harmony for the world… until one day… Spirit hunters heard of these Gods’ makings and they wanted to have the Gods’ powers! They searched far and wide until they found the four wolves. The gun shots sounded and the Gods were injured. They knew that if they weren’t alive to keep the world in balance, it would be destroyed. So they did the only thing that they could do; present a different wolf with their power. Earth sent their powers to a very kind and caring female Timber wolf. She would be known as Timber. Water sent their powers to a beautiful she-wolf. She was a red wolf with bright blue eyes. This wolf would now be named River. Sky sent their powers to a fiesty and competitive she-wolf who would be known as Skye. And Fire sent their power to a strong and watchful male red wolf. He was now known as Flame. Each of these wolves have to protect the world and help their pack grow and strive! These wolves are legends!

“Mama! Tell us more! Tell us more!” a little voice popped in.

“That’s it. That’s where the story ends.” a more mature voice replied

“But how? What about now?” a young she-wolf asked.

“Listen pups, it’s late. You have to go to bed.” the mature voice spoke again, now more stern then before.

“At least tell us where they live!!!” the young she-wolf insisted.

“Ok… fine. But that’s it…” The mature she-wolf took a breath in before starting her sentence, “These wolves live in the Summer-Stream Woods, East of here. The EarthPack take up most of the woods while the SkyPack wolves live among the clouds. The WaterPack wolves live in swamps, oceans, lakes, and rivers. The FirePack wolves live in the Doom Fire Lava Pit, farther back of the woods. Now that you know where they live, will you go to sleep?”

“Yes mama.” the little male pup agreed.

“Ok mama…” The young she-wolf sighed.

“Thank you.” The mature wolf, the mom, said before laying her head down for sleep.

The damp grass shimmered in the dawn light. The sun was rising over a beautiful forest and a sparkling river. The red to yellow ombre  gave off a hue. The gentle wind was the only sound breaking the silence.
