I'm not sure why people are here responding OSRS gold to comments of"osrs runescape players would only stop" with"lol no they would not".Jagex said the same thing to runescape players back when they first started introducing mtx and dumb upgrades nobody wanted or asked for. Runescape players stated keep fucking testing us, you're making runescape unenjoyable and were about to depart. Jagex said lol no you won't... guess what, they did. These kind of things can be made accessible without monetisation. The same as the makeover mage, barber, thellassia, etc - they could make an NPC that does a similar situation to keepsake keys so individuals could override their gear with their favourite treasure route benefits or whatever it is people enjoy.

I really do agree though. Among the huge reasons I could not play OSRS was since I found it hard to take pride. I am not into the breaking wings, particles, clown heads, skull masks, etc, but I do actually like the capability to make my character look the way I want him. This mindset doesn't make sense. There's nothing stopping Jaredx to put MTX on both games at precisely the exact same time. They might also put no MTX at precisely the time too.

Nope, rather there's over 10 types of monetization that solve. Lack? Solomon's store! Progression is too slow? TH! Want some info about what you are doing because runescape doesn't inform you? The Guru Tracker thing is there for you. The only reason there is very little mtx in school that is old is the engine.

Dragon bones were a particular cost to buy RuneScape gold (I forgot exactly how much) but 9k of them or some thing were 30m. I felt so empty on the inside and stared at the screen for 5 minutes until I sold the babydragon bones and moved back to the grind. Never obtained scammed/lured for anything greater than a rune set after that.
