I woke up at 12:04 AM and walked down stairs.

"Mom, are you drunk again?"

I said it calmly so she wouldn't yell.

"Well I wouldn't s-say drunk,"

She just wobbled around uselessly. "Why would I still be drinking if I was drunk?" She continued to slur her words.

"Mom I think you should go to bed, give me that bottle you had enough." I forgot to say that calmly, shit... 

"Excuse me? Don't you dare tell me what to do! Come here now!" 

"I'll help you up stairs." I went to grab her arm and she slapped me. 

"Don't you touch me you little, you little brat!"

I turned around, grab my keys and slammed the door behind me. I never want to go back there again.

 I started my car and I started to snow. I was going to drive to my the airport so I could go to my dads house, he was better then my mom but unfortunately lost the custody battle.

"Hey, dad mom keeps getting drunk so I'm going to go to your house. Bye love ya."

I called him and he never answered, so I thought he would be at work. Different time zones. I left him that message and begun to drive again. 

"I came in like a wrecking ball! I never knew I was so hard in love!" Here's a hint, I sing whatever's on the radio when I'm mad. Ok so I just got to cross the bridge and then two more miles till the airport! Yeah.

"Oh no, this is more slippery then I thought it would be, ooh! Dad messaged me. Let me jus get that." I reached over to grab my phone and everything went blank. I woke up freezing cold, not knowing what happened. I looked around me and saw water. It was creeping through the car doors. Damn it! I crashed the stupid car into the lake. Am I going to die?
