Tablo reader up chevron


I wake up with this huge beam of light in my eyes, so weak I'm bearly able to lift my head to look around the room. Finally mustering up enough strength to lift my head I look around.

 To my right I see a tray of what I guess used to have food on it and a half empty cup of water. Wondering of were I am and why I'm here. The last thing I can remember is me and my son on the highway driving listening to some tunes and laughing and a car came right up behind justin and I and we got hit off the road.

Still confused I look to my left and see some sort of computer flashing with different sentences repeatedly over and over. Asking me what is your name, what is the date today and what is your date of birth. Then the computer saying this is a protocol for if someone has or might have a concussion to awnser these questions
