Chapter 1

What is technical analysis? "It sounds complicated, and it's true that if it were not for anyone who knew it, it was a pretty difficult one. In fact, technically, technical analysis is the name of a fundamental investment analysis that studies market prices through graphs to help people make decision and better investment.    According to some theory it originated from the Dow theory - developed by Charles Dow in the 1900s. This theory focuses on the situation as well as the movement of prices and is the basis for modern analytical methods today.    For beginners entering the market and accessing technical analysis methods, it will probably be very confusing with dozens of technical terms. So join Pink Blockchain on some of the price terms that people are using in this market.    The price parameters and trading volume we often encounter:

Open - The opening price is the highest price of the first session of the day, which is quite important because it receives the consensus from the parties.

High - The highest price (peak): the highest price reached in a trading cycle. This is more likely to be the seller than the buyer and is the highest level the buyer has to buy a particular asset.
Low - Lowest price (Bottom): The lowest level in a trading cycle. This is the level where more people buy than sell and the lowest level that sellers are willing to sell a certain asset.

Close - Closing price: This is the final order matching price of a trading session. Closing prices carry a lot of meaning and are used frequently in technical analysis.

Volume - Volume of transaction: is the amount of coin (or money) traded in each cycle. It has a very important relationship to price (for example, when prices increase, the volume of transactions will also increase).

Bid - The bid price that the investor is willing to pay for a property.

Ask - The price at which the investor is willing to sell his or her assets.

These price types are used to create hundreds of technical analysis tools and online trading tools for studying the relationship between price, trends and models. We hope that with this article, new entrants to the market will understand more about these price parameters, more information on coin rates, creating a premise to learn more about stools.
