Oblivion

One day, We shall all drift off into Oblivion,

it is inevitable,

it is truth

the sun will fall as the moon will rise to bid farewell to the existence of some worthless things,

then at dawn the gilded globe shall set the blue yonder so that life can flourish,

the barren lands which stretch far away

shall beam with roses and grass will coat the ground  of which which no man nor woman shall walk upon

 Return of the silence,

Return of the harmony,  that the earth harbored once

and day by day

with each new seed that plants the earthly soil

this cold, cold world becomes beautiful.

Wonder

I am in an essence, found in the midst of the stars,

when all that is left is the deafening silence that leaves the reason manacled,

and the insignificance of humanity can be seen in the widespread of the desolate dark.

I am in an essence, lost in the midst of the wonder

when the world is at a loss and all we can do is marvel at the beauty left, to remain

the mighty falls, the harrowing species,  the summers promises, and the soft nature of spring.

But all these captivating aspects, scoring hearts, scoring minds,  leaving anticipation tingling at one's fingertips, Offer me much in the way of love, love of the grand design   the perplexing universe, each and every one of us inhabit.

We stand  content, on a track of rapture,   and on this track with every step we make clear, we reach out a long arm, closer and closer we come to find, the eternal joy on the edge of the horizon.

The broken

I acted like a child,

who was desperately trying to piece together a puzzle of sheer impossibility.

Our love has scattered many realms of worth,

every thought,

every feeling, left in small shavings of transparent glass.

I realize now, more than ever that you can fix what is broken, but not what is shattered.
