Chapter 1: I don’t wanna die

I woke. My eyes fluttered and burned in the sun. As I closed my eyes tightly and rubbed them until they went red then I opened them again. I glanced at the clock in the corner of my sky blue room. It read 11:45. As I yawned I stood up out of my bed and walked across the room I looked down to my feet and saw my phone lying in the floor near me. It was lit up and i had 46 text notifications and 16 missed calls all from the same person - Lia Montgomery. Lia was my best friend back in elementary. Now that I'm in Senior year I've gotton over what happended to her. When I first got into High School she disapeared. Her body was found 3 months later. Another call came in after I picked up my phone. I answered. The first thing I said was "hello" there was silence for about 30 seconds - then I heard it, the soft but threatening voice of an old friend. Lia's voice. And the words she spoke will hang over my head forever. "Elena, I need your help. I can't do it anymore. I wanna come home. But I don't wanna die..."

Chapter 2: Kill Your BFF

I hung up the ohone and fell to the ground. My face went red and tears raced down my cheeks. I was having a panic attack i tucked my legs upto my chest and hugged them closely. About 3 hours later i calmed down and walked to my living room. I live with my mother but she was away at the time. I sat on my couch at looked at my phone once again there was another notification but it wasn't from Lia it was from an unknown number. Then I read it: the text. It was short and simple and it said: " I know Lia was calling you. You can help a Theif or help a murderer. Your choice. Choose right." I texted back sttaight after. "who is this? What do you want?" then he or she texted back:

" Your best friend. Your worst enemy. Who cares? Now fir the real question... You wanna team up to kill your BFF?"
