Here I am. Sitting here with my friends, Marley and Lucky. I see my relatives, Justin and Justine. "Dad! Justine!" Ryan screams out into the living room. I waddle up next to him. He kneels down and pets me. After a few moments, he left. I watch him move to the couch, and sit by Justine. "Dad, can I" he got interrupted by a meow. "Meow!" It's a cat! All of us ran over to it. Then, Justin emerged from the couch to the basement door. "No!" He said repeatedly. As he opened the door, we see a cat,  and Justin picks it up. I am destined to get that cat. I jump for a few more seconds, but he throws the cat out the backdoor. My friends and I run toward it. I looked back and saw Justin close the door. It seemed that he and my half brother, basically, we're laughing. I like Ryan and all, but he needs to stop trying to pick me up! Only Justin and Justine can do that. I ran to the door and started to talk. "Hey guys! Come here! Help me!" I say. I wonder if they hear me. They turn around and looked at me. Justin opened the door and I speed-walked to the mattress Justine brought. It's really comfortable. I lay down on it, on my back. I wake up to a loud sound. I hear lightning! I ran to the backdoor. I see Marley and Lucky with a whole team of dogs. "So, Peppy. I've been expecting you to wake up." Marley said. "You probably heard our lightning." Lucky added. "No!" I reply. "It's too late now, Peppy." All of their minion dogs said. "Join us, Peppy. We will rule the world. The new spotlight! Help us take over!" Lucky told me. This was tricky. Do I help them kill humans and become famous, or save humans? "I'll pass." I answered. "Alright. Suit yourself." Marley told me. VROOM! SPASH! SKADUNK! All the dogs were off, to kill all humans.

 I watched them all teleport away in the dark. Another sound of lightning came in. I was terrified. I stayed up crying all night. I am trying to scratch on Ryan's door. I heard him get up. He opened the door. "What, Peppy?" He asked. I replied with "Follow me!" But he didn't seem to hear. I walked over to the backdoor looking back every second, to see if he was still following me. I got up on my hind legs and pointed at the door. He saw dog fur everywhere! "Why is there dog fur here?" He asked. "Dogs were here! Hundreds!" I say. "Wait," he says. "Why can I hear what you say?" He seemed to say something about being a dog, but I was focusing on outside. How did they hypnotize so many dogs? Will they hypnotize me, too? I don't want to kill the humans. I looked at Ryan. "and I will be a human dog! A DogMan!" "Shut up!" I say. He said sorry, so I guess we're fine. I saw him walk over to his couch and sit down. He got his iPad from his room, and brought it back out here. "So, wait." I say, hoping for an answer. "You CAN here what I say?" He looks at me with his eyes. "Yep.Y-Y-Yep. Yes I do. Because I'm DogMan." I sighed. "Ok, good. I need to talk to you. The dogs, Marley and Lucky hypnotized a whole bunch of dogs." He seemed uncomfortable. "And," he says, waiting for me to finish. "The dogs are trying to kill all humans! Including you!" I scream at him. "I hear Justin coming up the stairs!" I say, interrupting myself. I scaddaddle across the floor, toward the basement door. He opened the door, looked at Ryan. "Why is Peppy crying?" My dad asked. "I'm not crying!" I argued. "See Ryan? What did you do?" He thinks I'm crying, I think to myself.

 I felt him run really fast in the grass. He pauses for a moment. Then he ran across the street. I looked outside. I hope his plan works. I looked out at the house. I saw Justin, running toward us. "Ryan!!! Get the **** over here!" He said. "Gosh," Ryan says, obnoxiously. Then he took off toward the school entrance. "We're here," Ryan said. I moved around, happy. I was going to see what this "School" is. He ran into the building. DING! DING! DING! OMG! WHAT IS THAT! I am absolutely terrified. I scream and cry, in hopes of getting out. I don't like this place! "Get me out!" I scream."Ok!" Ryan answers. "That's the school bell. It goes off every day," Ryan says. I look out of the backpack. I see a whole bunch of kids go by. This is heaven! "Remember, Peppy. We're here for 1 thing. I've never done this before, but it's really important. "Here's Eli!" He says. Who is Eli? I wonder. "Hey Ryan." He says. "Why are you sad?" Ryan asks him. "My dog ran away this morning," he answered. Oh. So almost ALL of the dogs in the U.S are hypnotized? This sucks. "Let me tell you something," Ryan says. "No!!!" I scream as loud as I can. Everything went silent. I knew I did something wrong. "Peppy," Ryan says. "Is there a problem?" Mrs. Rawlings asks. "Umm..." Ryan was about to finish, but then his dad went through the school door and looked at us. I scream. I scream literally so loud, that everyone hears it. "Oh, God." Justin says. Then he ran out of the building.
