I feel the wind in my face, just a bit further, and maybe. “I think I see something!” a man shouts. I hear dogs barking behind me. Just a bit further, oh no. What else could go wrong, but now this. A cliff, a freaking  cliff! I hear voices getting louder and louder behind me. Anything is better than what awaits if the get just a smidge closer. All I can hear is the pounding of my heart. Jump! There is no other way out! I edge my feet until my toes curl around end. “ There she is!” someone shouts “Stop right there!” But it is too late, I no longer feel ground underneath my feet.
