Why choose a Berg trampoline

Chapter 1

Once upon a time I had to buy a new trampoline for my garden. Should it be a cheap model from the local Wallmart or should I invest some more money in a quality model like a Berg trampoline? I also considered one of the fine new Airtracks but decided that both me and my children would probably have more fun with a trampolin than an GymPlay Airtrack. So why did I end up choosing a Berg Grand Champion instead of one of the many other cheaper models? Let me try to explain this.

Berg Grand Champion

One of the best trampolines on the marked today is the Berg Grand Champion trampolin. Not only is this a big flatground trampolin that looks nice in your garden, but it's also one of the safest models you can buy. I was tempted to buy a GymPlay Airtrack instead but ended up buy a Berg Grand Champion instead. Not only was this a safe trampoline for my children to use, even without a safety net, but it was also one of the models with the best performance (beside the Berg Ultim Elite sport which was a bit to expensive for me).
What I like about this model, is that it got a large jumping surface which can be used alone or with a friend without any problems. It's perfect for sport training, gymnastics training and fitness both for those who wants to get in shape or for those who need some professional gymnastics training.
To help me find the right trampoline model for me, I had some assistance from Michael Aalborg from Alphaweb. He had a background in gymnastics and online marketing and have been helping a lot of sports business selling trampolines and other types of gymnastic equipment. After giving the Berg Grand Champion a try, I was sure that this is the perfect model for me, but also the perfect model for my children.

Berg Favorite

Another model I did consider was the Berg Favorite which was a much cheaper trampoline for my garden. Also in good quality and decent performance. I didn't like that I couldn't get a flatground model, and the performance wasn't quite as good as the Berg Grand Champion model. The build quality was still pretty good, but also not in the same level as the Champion model. Safety was acceptable, with good paddings and high quality materials, and price for the Berg Favorite was much better. So it was a hard choice but in the end, I ended up paying a little more to get the best possible model I could afford. Would have loved the Ultim Elite, but was just to expensive for me and the Grand Champion was almost as good.

It's been a month now since I bought the trampoline for my garden, and we have all been using it almost daily since then. The Berg Grand Champion was the right choice for me, without doubt. The sales person promised me it would last for several years without problems, so that will be interesting to see if he is right, or it it's in bad shape after 2 years like our old trampoline.
