Introduction

They say kindness is like a ripple, spreading once a pebble falls in it. Spreading like a disease, but if only diseases could fill you up with joy. But here's what they never told you, who the pebble represents.

The pebbles are the people who will fight for this world, the ones who will protect you!

But what does it matter? There is hatred in this world, and arrows take a while to fall, just like you. But you will all fall, just like arrows, no matter how tragic. But the pebbles fall faster.

So what do the pebbles get in return? A stopping point, a end, a deadline, a borderline, a running time.

Don't get my point? Well let me rephrase it.

They say kindness is like a ripple, but ripples stop ya know?

1. Apollo

HER HEAD was looking up at the ceiling. Bored out of her mind, she was waiting for her friend, Tony, to stream. She wondered if she would ever leave this moment. She had no idea of what the future was, or if it would ever come. For all she knew the house could just randomly blow up in the middle of her, rather deep, thoughts.

Her name was Apollo Heather Maine. Her father said there was a special reason for why she was named that, but if Apollo had ever known of why, she had long since forgotten.

Apollo was in high school and 16 years of age, soon to be out of this jail called home when she went off to Yaln University for college.

She had long brown hair with blonde tips, she was wearing a red and black graphic t-shirt, half red on top and half black on bottom, with the words NO CLUE, placed in the middle. She was wearing jeans and a gray beanie.

A couple minutes later an alert sang on her iPad. Tony was streaming, she looked out of the window as she grabbed her iPad, the sky was blue and clouds white. She tapped in the passcode for her large touch screen device and went to the twitch app, she looked back outside and all of a sudden it looked like a tornado was coming.  The sky was covered in dark gray clouds. It was pouring. Apollo's iPad fell out of her hands, bewildered as her eyes fixated on the scene in front of her. She swore that it had just looked like a day from a toddlers cartoon, where nothing ever goes wrong.  She eventually just looked to her iPad screen and 5 hours later she fell fast asleep.

The next morning was a Saturday and she had a 2 hour musical she was in at school, she wasn't singing due to the fact she couldn't sing even if her life depended on it. Apollo had a gift with technology, so she was in charge of all things techno She had once outsmarted her technology teacher, who spent 18 years of his life making computers, phones and all other devices. He had even worked on the Playstation 4, and there was Apollo who had outsmarted him, from that point on Apollo deemed Head Technologist for all things techno at school (including the school musical), that meant "Bill Nye the computer guy" was now bumped down to "Bill Nye the fixing guy."  Once when she had got a new PC, she figured she no longer needed the old one, so she used her new computer to send a virus to the old one, and it was a custom virus as well. Apollo had always been rewarded for her gift with technology, but Apollo had no idea that her techno-gift would soon be more than outsmarting teachers, and soon she would get a even bigger gift.

After the musical, she rode the bus home and went in through the garage door. As she slid her key into the door a stranger decided he was authorized to rub his shirt on the bottom of the garage door and place his feet on the cement floor. Apollo pushed open the door and felt a cold block press against her head. A gun.

The man forced her to the top of the basement stairs, where Apollo saw her father tied up to a chair.

Apollo felt a weird shift as the man pressed the trigger, she fell down the stairs and her vision went blurry.

     She heard her dad scream.

The feeling was horrible, a tight cold pressure is what she would describe it as.

Apollo had no idea what was happening, but she knew she was not dead.
