Everybody is on edge as they wait to see if a grand jury is going to indict and file charges on the police officer who shot and killed Leroy Tucker in cold blooded murder or let him go scott free as if it never happened and he had snuffed the life out of a mosquito. What's so unnatural about this case is that it is the prosecutor who usually files charges then refers the case to a grand jury that decides whether to indict the defendant. However, in this case the prosecutor refused to file charges and referred the case to a grand jury. Usually the grand jury meets and decides in secret. But there has been leaks for the past 90 days coming from the grand jury. All the leaking information has been in favor of the policeman, who has been in hiding since day one of the crime. Justice thought to himself, "if I knew I did the right thing, I feared for my life and I was telling the truth, why would I have to hide? Wouldn't I be be giving interviews to all the popular media, T.V, radio and newsprint? That doesn't make any sense to me." Of course the leaks are being broadcast on PNN, (Popular News Network), which is famous for it's propagandaish news. Most people are unaware. Many actually believe the hype. Which is mind boggling in itself. Again, the questions came back, "If the policeman, or anyone accused of a crime is innocent, why on earth would they be hiding? From whom would they be hiding if they had not done anything wrong?" These are some of the questions that kept bombarding Justice's head. The way the policeman Galen Walden was acting didn't match and still doesn't match his story. If he really shot Leroy Tucker in self defense, what was there to hide from? What was keeping him from coming forward and giving his version of the story? Why weren't there people, eye witnesses who came forward to confirm his story? Not only were these questions going through Justice's mind, but they seem to be going through everyone's mind. At least they were going through the mind of all the non-white people on the planet and a few of those white people who secretly don't identify as white supremacists. These white people are your next door neighbors, family or extended family members, local pharmacists, doctors, lawyers, butchers, etc. As soon as he made it to his room, he did what most teen boys his age do, call his girlfriend Eve. Eve was one of those pretty brown skin girls who was really smart. She was one of those girls who sat on the front row in every class, always had her homework done, aced the pop quiz's and was in that circle of students who made the highest grades. She was actually serious about her education, although they were just in seventh grade. What she saw in Justice, a boy who was light skin, curly hair and medium height who made average grades, no one knew. Except, Justice had swagg. He had this outgoing personality and sense of humor everyone loved. He was popular with the guys who talked sports, created the raps on the computers, and rode skate boards. In this way, both Justice and Eve were typical teens on Kleer Planet globally. Eve was kinda busy herself in school. She played volley ball and she played it well. She also played first chair flute in the band. Eve loved talking on the phone with Justice and never hesitated sending a text using breezy words, punctuations and emoticons for special effects. They both loved talking sometimes to the wee hours of the night or morning. This is one of the reasons Justice was sometimes late for school. He would be sluggish getting up, wanting to get a few extra minutes sleep. His mom wasn't having it. She sometimes poured a little ice water on his head. Causing him to jump up with eyes closed wanting but not saying a few x rated words. "Get up, nobody told you to stay on the phone all night long," she'd say while placing waffles in the toaster, pouring a glass of juice and fixing a bowl of Captain Puff Up's for Shandley. As usual, Justice had to make a run for the bus as he rushed out of the door & down the stairs to the bus stop.
There were strange vibrations emanating from this case from the moment it happened. For example, the policeman did not file a report with his version of what happened on the first day. In fact, it wasn't until three weeks later that he released any kind of statement as to what happened to make him shoot to kill Leroy Tucker. On the day when he released his version of the story, the captain of the police department released a fake videotape of a young black male, who appeared to be robbing a store who looked like Leroy Tucker. However, the tape wasn't on August 9, the day of the murder, the tape was from five years earlier in June. Also, even though it looked like there was a robbery, looking closely, one sees the young male paying for the cigars before leaving the store. But, the Jim Crow media, which specializes in propaganda, went with the robbery theme and broadcasted it condemning a dead Leroy Tucker, who could not defend himself as a criminal. And the U.S.K. United States Kingdom audience, blood thirsty, with drool running down its lip, immediately sucked the story up. Now, in their heads, they see Leroy Tucker as a criminal worthy of murder for stealing a few cigars worth $3.50. However, there's one big problem with this theory. At this time, theory it is, because the policeman Galen Waldern says he wasn't aware of any robbery when he stopped Leroy Tucker. So if he wasn't aware of any robbery what was his motive for shooting a young, unarmed black teen 8 times? These are the logical questions on everybody's minds.
In this parallel universe, there are no rules. At least the tiny white minority who control the planet makes all the rules. Since they make the rules, they change the rules whenever they get ready to suit their needs. What people don't understand and can't comprehend is this a global system that allows the tiny white minority to dominate the majority non white population on Kleer planet by any means necessary. Kleer is an interesting name for a planet, considering only a blessed few non-white people and the people who practice white supremacy can see or understand the system of racism. At some point all humans migrated from Africa, according to anthropologists. A mummy of a Black African female, "Lucy" named by the anthropologists, has the DNA of all races on the planet. Even recent discoveries by scientists reveal everyone in the U.S. K. has all the races DNA within their own. Only the Black people can produce all the colors of the races. White people's genes can not produce color. This seems to be the genesis of the matter. Although virtually unspoken and no media attention is ever given to this fact, this seems to steamroll almost if not every conflict, whether familial, local, statewide, national and international.O Greely Wilson, author of a book of universal codes for non-white peoples globally asserts two major revelations. The first is no socio economic system on the planet has done more to promote non-justice than racism. It is a system promoted by people globally. The second revelation is until racism is eliminated, no major problem that exists between the people of the known universe can be eliminated. Although eye witnesses who were interviewed on the day of the shooting of Leroy Tucker by officer Galen Walden gave startling details of the way in which he was executed. These witnesses were deemed not credible because of the the color of their skin. Because of their dark brown skin, they were degraded, found unreliable, not worthy of believing by the media. The young man who was with Leroy Tucker, his best friend who was with him when it happened was declared a criminal who's story allegedly wasn't consistent by the media. However, everyone who saw his interview believed him and the other eye witnesses who say Leroy Tucker was running away from officer Galen Walden while he was firing shots at him, hitting him several times. When Leroy realized the officer wasn't going to stop shooting he turned around, and raised his arms up the best he could, trying to tell the officer to stop shooting he didn't have a gun. Officer Galen Walden kept shooting him, walking up close. Firing the last shot directly in the top of his head at point blank range for a total of 8 times. He shot Leroy Tucker 8 times, the last shot at point blank range in the top of his head, blowing his brains out on the hot black pavement that August day in Jefferson City Missouri. Officer Galen Walden said he was shooting him because he feared for his life. He said Leroy Tucker looked like a giant demon to him. And he said Leroy Tucker tried to take his gun. So he had to get out of his vehicle and pursue him. After two weeks of listening to all the first hand accounts of all the people who saw the shooting, watching video of people who recorded the scene right after. Listening to many different versions of what people saw from different angles, all of them agreeing that Leroy was running away while Officer Wilson continued shooting him in the back. And all said after Leroy was shot multiple times, he turned around as if to surrender. Hands held high for a few seconds as Officer Wilson continued moving toward him shooting each step of the way until his final shot in the top of the head. As Leroy tried to say he "don't shoot" he "surrend" Officer Wilson calculatingly, in cold blood, pulled the trigger delivering the 8th and final shot to the top of Leroy's head, killing him on the spot. Adding all the eye witnesses statements together, this is what the final statement was.
The story picks up when Leroy Tucker and his friend are walking on their way to swim in the community pool in a city park. The policeman drove up in an SUV, He screamed obscenities at these 2 young black boys who appeared to be casually walking down the middle of a residential street in a large townhouse condominium area. "Get your black asses out of the street Niggers," Officer Galen Walden yelled. to 6 ft 5 , 275 lb dark skin, 18 yr old Leroy Tucker and his mahogany colored friend 5 ft 7 165 lb 17 yr old Dennis Hughes. They were regular youth, who as males enjoyed doing things that young boys their age liked to do. Dennis answered and told Officer Walden "we're almost at the park, we're on our way out of the street." However, the officer drove around the corner and two minutes later in his SUV rushed towards them, stopped abruptly, and yelled again " I told you niggers to get off the streets." Leroy Tucker looked around behind him because he knew his name wasn't little nigger. He thought maybe someone was behind him. Turning his head carefully, he realized no one was in that area but he and his friend Dennis. So he showed Officer Walden his towel and swim suit that was rolled up in the towel. This angered Officer Walden. He beckoned and told Leroy to come to the truck. When Leroy got near the truck, Officer Walden grabbed him by the throat saying, you think you're smart. You black nigger I'll kill you. Struggling to breathe, frightened by the sudden violent physical confrontation, Leroy tussled with Officer Walden when the officer used his right hand to grab his gun and shot Leroy in the arm. Dazed and shocked, Leroy felt the sting of the shot, and started running for his life. Officer Walden jumped out of his truck, pulling his gun out at the same time shooting Leroy at least four more times. Feeling two or more of the shots, Leroy slowed up, turned around raising his hands in the air in a posture of surrender. He attempted verbalizing saying " I surren----, but Officer Galen Walden reminiscent to the days of lynching, which has never really stopped, kept walking towards Leroy shooting. Lynching today is done with a hand gun by police officers who appear to be trained to shoot first and talk later when it comes to Black males from 9 to 90 worldwide. They usually are in pairs and sometimes as a group. Also, choke holds are being used as another way of lynching. Now, at the same time, lynching by the state is via electric chair or injection of deadly drugs by the state. Leroy Tucker's body was left lying in the street, in near fetal position for all to see for over four hours with his brains splattered on the pavement while blood flowed heavily onto the ground. The dark red blood was so thick it formed a puddle around his head. People who witnessed the shooting and or either ran out as it was happening or shortly afterwards were in total shock. This is all on video in Who Tube on the internet. Two of the saddest scenes were when Leroy's father crossed the yellow tape to go see his body up close and two policemen ran and stopped him by grabbing him and pushing him back away from the area. All the while, Leroy's father, Roland Tucker was sobbing and moaning out loud "you killed my sun". And the second scene was when Ms. Patricia, Leroy's mother ran towards him, with what appeared to be lightening speed, with these high pitched primal screams that seem to pierce the heart. She was crying so hard, it made you want to go and hold her. It took three policeman, grown men to hold her back. Now the questions everybody is asking is why didn't officer Galen Walden call EMS for medical treatment after he shot Leroy Tucker? A second officer drove up on the scene within seconds of the shooting. Why didn't he call for medical treatment for Leroy? What would Leroy say about the whole ordeal if he had survived? Would he describe being attacked and shot for no reason of anything that he did as dozen's of witnesses have described? Would he describe being singled out because of his size 6'5", 275 lbs and color, like dark chocolate? What would Leroy say happened after lying for 4 hours on hot, steamy pavement being put into an unmarked SUV? What would he say happened after he got to the coroner's office?
Galen Walden grew up poor. He was not a good student in school. Low grades and low achievement plagued him from 1st to the 12th. He didn't have a close relationship with his dad because he split up with his mother when he was seven years old. Leaving him and his four year old sister and two year old brother with his mother who floated from job to job as a waitress. His mother had a drinking problem. His family depended on welfare as many white families did in that mid-western town of Jefferson City Missouri. It is a fact that the media hides, but more white people are on welfare, use food stamps than any other racial group in the U.S. K. But that is one of the pay offs of racism/white supremacy. No matter how poor, uneducated or ignorant you are, you can always be proud that you're not Black. Because to be Black or non-white is to be three fourths of a human being. The Dredlock Scott decision which was an article added to the constitution during slavery has never been amended or deleted. Perhaps this is why the police all over the country seem to be shooting Black males first and getting away with murder. His mother always drilled into he and his siblings head that if all else fails, they could play the race card. They were white and that was their badge of honor. Or she would drive too close to a vehicle in major traffic and hit her brakes real hard, forcing the driver in back of her to hit their car in the back. She instructed Galen to pretend he had hurt his back while she pretended to be hurt too. That was another insurance scam she worked every once in awhile. His mother would also sometimes run insurance scams where she would fall down in a store and pretend to be hurt to collect the insurance money. She did that at least three times that he could remember. Of course, she would drink a lot of it up when she collected. When he would wake up in the morning to go to school he could remember seeing his mother knocked out on the bed as he passed her room on the way to the bathroom. On those mornings, which were more often than not, he would have to fix a bowl of cereal if there was cereal and milk in the fridge. If not, he would have to grab a piece of fruit or just go to school hungry. Little Galen had a hard time as he struggled to get through school.
