I finished curling my hair and grabbed my backpack. I headed downstairs and grabbed an apple. As I was about to open the door someone spoke.

" Where are you going?" A familiar voice said.

"Why do you care, Freya?" I said.

"Well it's 7:30 in the morning and you have a backpack. You haven't used a backpack in years, and you're never awake before 12," She said walking towards me.

"Its the first day of school. I thought I'd go and check it out," I said.

"You're going to school again? Why? I thought you hated school," She said giving me a suspicious look.

" I do but I don't want to stay in this house forever and I wanna have a little fun," I smirked.

"I'm not letting you go alone," she said. She hurried and grabbed her backpack and we headed to school.

People stared as we got out the car. Boys and even girls were drooling as we walked to the office.

"Freya, do your magic," I said. She looked the guy, behind the desk, straight in the eyes, "We're here to pick up schedules for Freya Hamilton and Brenda Michealson."

The guy slowly nodded and turned back to the computer. A few minutes passed before he gave us our schedules. Ah, the perks of being a vampire.
