In December 1996 on Halloween night five kids were trick or treating with their parents with them. They were all best friends and related. There was Ashley who was 10, Noah who was 10 also, Lilly who was 9 , Aly who was 9 and Angelica who was the oldest 11 years old.

As they went to there last house to trick or treat they disappeared. Their parents yelled " Ashley, Noah, Lilly, Ally, Angelica." But no answer "...." Just silent. Then "Ahhhh" they heard and ran to the last house they trick or treated at.. 

But the lights turned off and nobody answer the doorbell. So they called the police 

911: "911, what is your emergency?"

Parents: " my children has been kidnapped."

911: " where do you think they are?" 

 Parents : " The dissapeared on the last house they got candy." 

911: " umm ok, we have someone on the way." 

Parents : " thank you so much."

911: " no problem, bye now." 

Parents "bye."

So the police officer came. Officer Adam was the help for this crime. So he asked what happened :

Officer: "Hello, tell me exactly what happened." 

Parents : " What happened was , the girls were trick or treating at the last house right here and we watched them and they didn't come back.  So we went to check on them and the lights suddenly turned off on the house. A few minutes we heard a scream."

"Could you check the house ?" The parents asked.

The officer said " I will do what I can and I'll be back" so he went back to the house and demanded the person would open the door. So they did and the officer came in, he looked and no kids. Then he hears kids screaming " help , help," he ran to the sound down to the basement .

Five kids were stranded there. The officer took them and brought them to their parents and arrested the man for attempted murder and kidnapping. 

 So he went to jail for 50 years to death.
