Before Book Summary

This is a sequel to the book ‘A Trip To The Delta Tower.’ If you haven’t read it, I highly suggest you do before reading this one. If you don’t feel like reading it, here’s a quick summary. Two orphans named Cano and Hallo traveled to the Delta Tower and cause complete mayhem, so they turn into Deltas and help the other Deltas out. Just so you know, a Delta is a human like creature with flaming eyes and control nature. I hope you enjoy this book, as well as the first one if you choose to read it. Now, on with the book 📖

Chapter 1 |Breakfast

People may think being a Delta is difficult, but it’s rather simple. All I have to do is turn the mini moon on my table.  I remember how I thought even seeing a Delta was impossible, but all I had to do to become one was make a dramatic speech. I never thought something like that would happen. Now, it’s been a year since then.  I floated downstairs as the pointed moon rocks surrounded my feet and lifted me slightly off the ground. I sat at the long table in the dining room located in the middle of the tower. Mother Nature sat at the very end of the table. Being the twin that he his, Hallo sat next to me. I mean, if you lived in a tower full of creatures who are pretty much the equivalent of gods, wouldn’t you want to sit next to your sibling too? Karomal, being the cranky Delta that she is, sat rather far from us. Sevonalla sat across from us. Since we’re only children, she looks after us. Fesolia was next to Karomal, but still close to us. Ronnofosa sat on Sevonalla’s side, right in the center. We all had blueberry biscuits and a cup steaming tea.The biscuits were round like a muffin top. They were about the size of a muffin top as well. When I first  saw it, I thought they just cut off the top of a blueberry muffin and called it a biscuit. The tea had white swirls in it. That was the cream and milk. Of course, Hallo always put sugar cubes in his tea. No matter how many he put, they’d always float right back to the top. He never ate the cubes, so when he put his cup in sink, they would always clog the drain. Little did I know, today would be different.

Chapter 2 | Skylar

A year ago, Hallo and Cano snuck out on a boat. I knew they were up to no good when I saw there planning papers the night before. They somehow succeeded on there quest to find the Delta tower. The next day, they came out as Deltas! But, how? I know their names were weird like the other Deltas, but in just a day? I was expecting at least a week. Maybe, if I find the tower, I could be a Delta! But, Hallo and Cano have been planning for months, how am I supposed to get there? Then, I remembered. Cano and Hallo’s planning sheets were still in their room! When I grabbed the door nob Mrs. Feather, the owner of the orphanage, confronted me.

“Skylar, you’re not planning to go to the Delta tower too, are you?”

She asked with a shortage of breath. She took a deep breath afterwards. “Do you know what happened to Cano and Hallo?!”

She crosses her arms.

“They became Deltas.”

My eyes narrowed as my voice became flat. I opened the white smooth door, and scattered the planning papers all over the chestnut desk. I read each note and viewed each map carefully. But, there was one issue. They never returned the boat they sailed in! I’m going to have to find another boat. I spent all week finding the perfect boat. Cano drew and described the boat in her notes, so I knew exactly what to look  for. Then, on a Friday afternoon, it hit my eye. A boat with an engine not as good as Cano and Hallo’s boat, but still jaw dropping. It had even more protection then their boat, and a better steering wheel. After looking at the note a bit more, I started up the engine. It sounded like one on a motorcycle. I shuffled the notes into a pile, and stored them in the engine room in a small transparent box. I knew the box wasn’t flamible, so it was safe. I stored fuel in the a compartment near the engine room. Soon enough, I started to sail. Then, I realized something strange. This wasn’t a boat. I was riding a sumereen! The sumereen dived down. A few hours later, I saw rocks ahead! In a panic, I pressed every button I saw.
